Hi, thank you for your video. I have a question. A type a antihypertensive drug is Angiotensine II receptor blockers. When those blockers act on the smooth muscles cells, does this push the cell to create more receptors ? In other words, is there a upregulation of those receptors when using this type of drugs ?

Nothing in the literature that I see about that particular drug class causing upregulation.
