Hi Thomandy, The abandoned cart feature is not available on any other plans but the most expensive one. If you are looking for a “free” abandoned cart automation, you could look into using MailChimp or even migrating to Shopify.

If this works on other plans than the most expensive, why is it that Squarespace only x -s out/includes this feature on the most expensive plan?
