There's definitely a community. I have mad respect for anyone that drives around in their own car and walks 7 - 10+ mi per day. Doordashing is completely honest work.
Creators get on YT, make claims of how much money they make, fabricated or other wise, then get mad when people move in and saturate their area. Community of what? Community theater? The mean girls of the gig world picking on each other? You guys have to ramp it up to keep it exciting...pickup/dropoff and no tip no trip will only get you so far. Blowing up a ratchet customer's phone for not tipping? Thats genius. A+ for originality.
Wow, I feel you just touched onto something that reaches deeper than just the "Gig" folks, but, in general touching others as having something in common. I have mentioned I work for FedEx Ground, & I do wave to other people when I am driving. including USPS, UPS, - I have been USPS, Google Shopping Express, Walmart Grocery - folks walking their dog, or even kids playing - part of The Blue Zone. When I am on task, I wave to let folks know I see them, & they wave as an Ak to that, & usually smile :-) As part of the blue zone, we - humans - do well when we interact with others. Our health is better, our mood is better.& for me, that is God keeping me in the loop with the rest of the world. As different as we are, people are so much the same. We Work Hard, so the people closest to us don't need to work that hard. Kids, family, friends, heck, I even give to some of the homeless I meet - not always, but sometimes - when I do really well, my cup... you know :-) On The Flip Side, I am irked by folks that do not want to fit in. Ride your - or somebody's - bike the wrong way, don't wait for the light to cross, or just cross the road when traffic is moving already... why do we even have rules? They are to keep us safe as we travel in this world. Keep in mind, this world is like a paper mockup of what could be in our real eternal life. Friends, family, the people that really mater, not things, they are change, like the time on your watch, nothing important.
Yeah I think we are an community. I've kind of expanded. I was kind of wondering after that live a few weeks ago. That wasn't a discussion that was a fight.
We have to change the gum up, Pedro!😖 Yes, I have that thing they say is a disorder-misophoniabor whatever they call it… I have since I was a kid; where mouth sounds drive you crazy…you & your gum…how about some, mints instead, Pedro?🧐😂
I have a group of about 4 or 5 dashers we meet up and wait for our orders. We discuss how busy it slow it's been. Complain about the dashers coming in from out of the area and snagging our catering orders.
No.. imo.. it's every man for himself is what I have experienced in my area. Maybe once I experience the community better my opinion will change but for now no.. I think some other channels give crap advice on purpose.. 😕 that's not a community ❤ a community tries to help each other some of these channels aren't helping anyone.. they give bad advice on purpose 🎉 ur channel is solid and u have given good advice.. but some others are just ppl in their cars bitching about not getting paid while they sit there and decline decent orders because they think they are too good to go 2 miles for 5 bucks.. get ur money or someone else will.. u have to take the good with the bad sometimes.. thats just life ❤
I thought there was. That is why I watch all of your guys videos from different creators. I loved the suggestions and learned a lot on how to make money. The last few weeks all I figured out was all of you guys are against each other and act like it is high school. Very jealous, petty, and wanting to lie to hide your money and the good locations to uber eats at. I could not believe it
I would love some advice on how to start my channel. I have a lot of videos. None of them are great, but you know what I love making videos, even if nobody watches them
Of course it is a community. To imply otherwise is insulting. We are a group of people who share experiences, offer advice and support. We have even helped people with money. Over the years we helped people for as little as a phone bill to car repairs, housing and medical expences. We support people who experance a loss or illness, going through relationship problems. We have done all of this even though most of us don't know each other out side of this COMMUNITY. I cried when members passed and worried about members who were ill or disappeared. We are multiple communities in one big community #Bobbyisamegahater
It would be nice if there was a little community here in my market, but it’s a war zone out here. Dashers are literally sabotaging other Dashers and getting them deactivated.I keep my distance from them
I live with a Gig Community, a Garden community, Home repair community, Taiwan community, Japan community, American community, Star Trek community, Health community, there are so many peoples I connect with, & most, I have never met in person... Some even raise bees for fun & Honey, but they are on a different continent. So, I may never meet them in person, but they still have wonderful content.

Got a 92 dollar tip today on door dash

Yes there's a community of all of us we support each other in many different ways.

I think the community is on Reddit and Facebook .On UA-cam it all about clicks and views.
Yeah I think we are an community. I've kind of expanded. I was kind of wondering after that live a few weeks ago. That wasn't a discussion that was a fight.
Crabs in a barrel
I like most drivers, and disagree with most drivers... so definitely a community. 😆
I challenge Tony Xu, Andy Fang, Stanley Tang, Fiji Simu, Dara, etc. To an IQ test, let's go! Come get some!
For this Bobby guy, I challenge him to gumbo cook-off. I like to defeat people with the things they think that they are good at.
For @Pedro a game of 1 on 1 basketball 🏀, or preferably HORSE. Not much exertion hitting weird shots that I've made since I was a kid lol.
I just come here to hear the drama tbh not here for the info or tips
What is meteorocricity
Now I don't have a brain wtf
Nor did I adapt, nor did I use these apps as a stepping stone, not realizing these apps aren't sustainable. And here I am.
I gave you a shoutout… i cant give you 2 compliments in 1 video 😂

Definitely a community on UA-cam.. in person I’ve only had 1 dasher try to speak to me and I looked at her like she was insane 😂😂
Shout out to the emergency livestream 😂
I gave you credit!

Taking care of each other. That's what makes a community.
You got it man
Yes 🎉
In my market. The majority of the divers all look out for each other. Yes. We have a solid community.
now that you're not a doordasher anymore will you remove doordash from your channel name?

💯
I definitely think there's a community. Like any job there's going to be dysfunction.
The drivers out there are freaks from what I’ve seen. Best to be a little be wolf.
It would be nice if there was a little community here in my market, but it’s a war zone out here. Dashers are literally sabotaging other Dashers and getting them deactivated.I keep my distance from them
Thats terrible!
You roasted that guy. What's his channel? I wanna see for myself 😂
No channel. But you can find him on Papi Chulo channel
I run into other drivers and chat a bit with them, so I would say yes there is a community
I have tried to get a dasher support group in my market but no one cared u had to stop trying
Does anyone know if door dash will hire someone with a 2011 felony drug charge?
Yes they will

Of course we're a community. We gather here to share thoughts and ideas, and to gain knowledge from each other. How is that not communal??
