- In this video, we were dispatched by Puryear to start the recovery of an overturned bulk tanker on the on ramp of I95. Puryear was enroute from N.C. Upon our arrival SCHP had dispatched the next heavy wrecker on rotation(Bobs). All companies worked together since we were already on scene. That was a CEMENT Bulker. That is the powder such as portland cement that goes in to the mix to make Concrete. Excellent recovery. Nice Rotators.

Mr Vaughn I apologize for missing this comment. The driver was not injured. We have a total of 14 trucks, 4 of those are pretty much back ups when other trucks are out of service. Thanks for watching and commenting

Worst camera work I've seen . Could'nt be still long enough to settle on content . Every time move got critical camera man moved to uninteresting shot .
