- $19,000,000 goes a long way in Dallas, Texas! Get lost (literally) with me inside this 20,000 Square Foot Texas mansion with 7 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms with the biggest showers I have ever seen. Right in the middle of the most exclusive neighborhood in Dallas, Old Preston Hollow, this palacial mansion has the CRAZIEST GARAGE I have ever seen full of exotic cars! I may or may not have "borrowed" a cherry red Porsche for the video, but you will have to watch and see!

I’ve watched A LOT of real estate agents do video listings on UA-cam and you’re by far the best. Everyone else is pretty serious and don’t really show any personality. They’re good at the start but I’ve found I tend to lose interest as it’s just the same thing over and over again. Your tours are really fun to watch (and you seem to have a lot of fun making them) but still get all the details you’d want to know and see in.

The exterior architecture is immense. The woodwork is colossal. That grand staircase at entry is remarkable and those fireplaces are my fav fireplaces are EVERYTHING..this is mansion is cosmic..an original masterpiece and it still has coziness...fun showing in the lone star state....thanks Ryan and the S. team

Ok, so I really like the raw production style, with organizing angles and changing camera between each other. Also really like the raw unscripted communication including conversation with Diego, gives a viewer feeling he is not just listening, but been part of conversation. But I would keep the previous camera quality, I think raw should not affect camera shoot quality. But that's my opinion, overall I like it 👍

You definitely need to do more property reviews from the raw perspective. You guys seem to catch a level of enthusiasm that is not present on traditional scrubbed down videos. I wold recommend that you do the raw perspective videos only when you meet ones that exceeds your own expectations,... like the one here. The garage was great, but I was sold simply on the beauty and use of space on the Receiving Room. Also I would add car videos only on exceptional properties, as the cars are a refection of the owners overall use fo the home. And finally. its good to see you and your staff having fun while shooting these UA-cams. You don't see that often, and should be conveyed when a truly awesome property comes along. Thanks for showing it in this style.
