I live in Reno, most of it is actually clean but downtown can be dirty in certain places but most people are generally nice and clean up the town, river, and buildings. Then there is a lot of homelessness but usually they go to shelters.
All the strip clubs need to be relocated to Virginia street next to Harrah's and the eldorado the police can easily enforce what's going on that way
You don't have to go to these businesses. Just let them be.
