Un-abandoning the main channel is one of my big goals this year, but I think this'll be the home for most of my sap content going forward (going to be doing a little rebranding too!)
You should try an "only level 2+ pets" challenge. You can only play pets that are at least level 2. You could also add a stipulation like "no copies" to make it more interesting. A less exciting version of that challenge could be "only level 1 pets, no duplicates". Not sure how well that would play out. But might still be a fun one. One last idea would be only pets from the current shop tier. You would have to sell pets every other round up until tier 6. That is proabbly the most balanced of my 3 suggestions, and the one I'd be the most excited to watch. You have probably done at leats one of these before. Just thought id share a few ideas ive had while watching these.

using 1/1 frilled dragons with faint pets on the team was fine, but several of the pets weren't 1/1 at the start sadly also, I didn't explain it too well but the rule was more for everything to go into the fights starting as a 1/1s (so ending the turn with a 1/1 monkey would not be allowed etc)
Keenoe hear me out. I was apart of last stream and had an idea for next stream. What if we did bees only? I know they don't have any extra ability but I thought it'd be a silly idea lol
We have done that before actually! (I think the last couple of times we ran bees & wasps) Thank you for the suggestion though, I'll put together a pack for it before the next stream!
