Hernandez actually Allies To CJ.. well During Early In the Game he's Actually Warned CJ to stay in Los santos Because Both Tenpenny and Pulaski are Put a Bounty of CJ head In case He want to leave the State.

Nice and amazing. I just wish that you were able to actually fight Frank Tenpenny in GTA San Andreas because something like being missing in the game was a huge missed opportunity and it would've been so cool and good to have a nice, fun, and tolerable final boss fight against Frank for all what he has done. Plus, Jimmy Hernandez is the only good, incorrupt cop on the force and was only just a pawn in Frank's games and plans. He should've been saved too and I think Jimmy Hernandez would be a great ally to Carl and his friends too.

They're in Different states.. the one you talking about is in Los Santos
