I don't understand why barbers use razors under the neck. That is a very sensitive part and can easily bump up. The edger would give it a more cleaner look and won't cause the neck line to bump up. I give this cut a C minus. Using the shears was a waste of time.
TBH it used to happen to me when I would do it myself and refused to do it again for many years. However, going to barbers I've never once had a bump on my neck surprisingly.
