This is amazing!! No lie this is the absolute truth,but back in '95 I actually dreamed about this African singer called Dr Bone & his band The Soul Broilers! Dr Bone looked different though,in dream he was jumping up & down on stage,based in NYC in 1970 playing a talking drum,very flamboyant & he had a string-cut goatee that was kind of trendy for back then with beads & elaborate African gowns,a bone in his nose & a big afro-how cool is that? I woke up laughing hysterically! I can't believe this & I wrote a 10 min song about Dr Bone & The Soul Broilers! This Dr Bone ain't bad either! Peace....

Thank you for your two cents. May I please let you know that he passed on less that three weeks after the song was recorded. This is the best way we could approach this song. thank you for your input though. The only thing we could do was going to his house and shoot there. That's what we thought was best.
