Love the video and the shirt!!! Thanks for your support!!
Absolutely! Proud to wear it.
Hands down the best video on this I’ve seen. Your attention to relevant detail is impressive and appreciated. Add another licensed GC to your subscriber list.
This video was so helpful! Thank you. 🙏
Can this be installed on any toilet or only certain designs? Thanks
This will work on any standard toilet with seat holes 5 1/2" on center. Each model has two variants: round or elongated - to fit the appropriate standard toilet shape. Mine is the elongated style. So as long as your toilet seat holes are standard and you choose the correct model shape (round or elongated), it should work on your toilet.
Does it plug into electric outlet? I don't have an outlet near my toilet.
There's a link at the end of the video to how I did the outlet.
A thousand times better than the official Toto video. The one I got is missing those steel clips on the base plate so it won't attach. Thanks for making that nice and clear!
“Maybe this is a good way to wake up in the morning, but I’ll stick with coffee.” Classic Scott!

I bought the Toto c100 as my first bidet after countless amounts of research with other different brands and I ended up settling with this one.
I have 2.5 bathrooms in my house and bought 1 for all of them including new toilets the were high efficiency because I needed to solve my water problem and have had them for the last 3 months.
When I say these bidets have changed my life and my families lives, I really mean they changed them!!!
I will never go back to toilet paper as it cleans absolutely EVERYTHING and when you think your done it releases the leftovers after a wash having you wash a second time for a thorough clean and it doesn’t waste water because it only uses 0.1gpm of water!!!!!! Nor does it hog electricity especially when you put it in energy saver mode!!!
And it’s super easy to clean and most importantly, NO MORE SLAMMING TOILET SEATS!!!
This is definitely an awesome quality product that is worth the money to buy!
Agreed. After a year, it still works perfectly and I refuse to do a #2 without it!
Excellent video. It turned out the two holes at the back of our toilet is 6.5 inches apart and the washlet is 5.5. Is there any solution? Like an adapter? Thank you!
5 1/2" on center is the industry standard for toilet seat holes. I think your options are to ask Toto if they offer a different mounting bracket for your spacing or replace the toilet.
When it stops working, do you call a plumber or an electrician? ...Lots to go wrong.
Good question. I don't think a plumber or electrician could fix the problem of the bidet not working. If you verify the bidet is getting water supply (the toilet is filling up) and the electrical outlet it plugs into works, there is no reason to call a service professional. At this point, it is like asking what you do if your expensive coffee maker stops working. Read the manual, try to find advice online, contact the manufacturer if it's under warranty, etc. If all that fails, replace it. This is the reason I spent more on the Toto; because they are a quality product.
Why are so many of the seats for elongated toilets? I only know of one person that has the elongated style.
Interesting, in my area it is the opposite. Elongated are more common. The bidet model that I installed does have both a round and elongated version. Just make sure you order the correct one.
thx for the video, do you know if i can use an 16 AWG extension cord? or do i need a special one?
The manual states a 406w power consumption. That's less than a 3.5 amp draw. 16AWG wire can handle 10 amps so it should work fine.
Thank you for your video! Unfortunately my toilet isnt the same size as the bidet i bought in japan. bummer
Holy crap that’s awesome I need to get one haha
I had water leaks everywhere
Everywhere? Try replacing the supply hose and re-tighten your fittings.
@@FixItScotty No leaks there but it is the 3 way connection that is connecting to the bottom of the toilet bowl.
@@landscaping3716 I see. Perhaps the rubber gasket fell out of the splitter? That is what seals it to the toilet's fill valve. Talk to Toto support and see about getting a new part.
@@FixItScotty Found the problem. I had the 3 way connection all wrong. I was placing the plastic connection with the plastic connection coming out of the toilet where you screw it in. You can't use plastic on plastic for screwing or there will be leaks. Instead I used the metal screw in on the plastic screw in going into the toilet. Metal to plastic and plastic to metal. Works perfect now.
@@landscaping3716 Great! Glad you were able to fix the problem.
What Toto toilet do you have this on? I just purchased this exact seat and it only gives me a few expensive options, and I was just wondering. Any help would be greatly appreciated
That is a Toto Drake 2 elongated bowl, comfort height.
Fix It Scotty awesome thanks 🙏🏽
What are the dimensions of the inside edge of the seat? Thanks!
Johnfsu - I'm not sure what you mean by "inside edge of the seat"? If there's another way to describe the measurement you need, let me know and I can get that to you. Thanks!
@@FixItScotty Thanks for the quick reply. I meant how large is the seat hole, long ways from front to back, for lack of a better way to describe it. Also do you have the round of the elongated version? Thanks again. I am shopping for one.
@@Johnfsu Ah! So you want to know the length of the throne opening. :) I measured about 11-3/4" from front to back. Mine is the elongated style.
@@FixItScotty Thank you so much! I am ordering mine now! Thanks for the review.
At the 19:19 mark, your comment about needing time for the tank to heat up is a bit confusing. Are you saying this unit has a heated water feature?
Yes, it does have heated water with 3 heat settings: low, medium and high.
@@FixItScotty Maybe I just don't have the correct model number. The one I ordered today is the TOTO SW2034#01 C100. Maybe there are different versions of the C100, but I've seen two other UA-cam reviews on it and they said it does not have a heated water option. It'll be here tomorrow, I guess I'll find out for sure then.
@@tenwalls2428 SW2034 is the model I have and that does have heated water and seat. bidetking.com/toto-c100-washlet-sw2034-sw2033r.html
@@FixItScotty Yeah, mine arrived today. I already had a TUSHY SPA on my toilet but bought this TOTO because of all the good reviews here and on other UA-cam reviewers. This thing is a joke. Seriously. It's a joke. The water pressure is totally inadequate, at any pressure setting. In fact, there is no noticeable difference in water pressure from low to high. The "oscillating" spray setting is a joke.
The dryer feature is a joke. It makes no sense for this product to be so highly rated. I've already reinstalled my TUSHY SPA and repackaged this POS TOTO for a return and full refund. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble here, I'm just really disappointed to have gone through all the trouble I went through to only realize it doesn't function the way it should for the price. That's just an honest, first hand user assessment.
Thanks for the honest review. Sorry you had a bad experience. I wonder if they changed the design or something because my rear sprayer could take paint off my ass. I usually have to set the pressure one notch below full. Anyway, hopefully others can comment on their experience too.
You call himself "another plumber" and don't know to hold a valve with one tool while tightening a nut on it with another?
Not mentioning that a plumber would have replaced this horrible valve with a ball valve long time ago.
Great video otherwise...
