“Crazy people you know what I’m saying” made me laugh 😂

He’s talking like a tired dad 😂

fr little man of the house sounding like a dad
That little man is so mature! He is articulate and able to translate for his deaf family members and interact with the police in a confident manner! He is raised right and I can see him being very successful in the future. Well done!
He's the caregiver.
@amandahutton8459 I get your point. It's just hard for me to think he's the "care giver" when we don't know the dynamics of their family. Children of deaf adults are having a very unique experience. I'm sure they do have to rely upon him for some communication needs, but I would hate to think that he is being parentalized. I think he did a great job handling a very terrifying situation, and his ability to remain calm and speak with the police was fantastic. 🙂
well he hes to translate for his parents for evry thing
he recognizes the enormity of the situation, kids have great Discernment
@@Alysanne905 I think the boy has had to mature a lot faster than normal due to his circumstances. Like any good kid, he's seen that his help has often been needed to foster communication between deaf family members and others, and that's given him a lot of practice in explaining things calmly and rationally, which has made him a very calm and rational child. He's not a caregiver but the translator.

I genuinely hope she gets the help she needs. What she did is not okay, but I am so happy to see the officer who drove her to the station treat respect her like an equal human being. Reading the situation and realizing, with what she spoke about suffering through because of her dad and the intoxicated state she was in, letting her walk on her own was an amazing de escalation tactic. They still were next to her and could catch her at any moment, but she was allowed to feel a sense of autonomy and enough control to calm down. Getting molested is no fucking joke, and if that’s your own father, I can’t even begin to imagine the nightmare she’s been enduring carrying that trauma. Really great officer, and very sad victim.
