I feel almost guilty if I've caused any tears, but I knew you guys would love this song. I became a Dad at 17 so I started early which had some advantages and some disadvantages but such is life. I have one son and three grandsons so this song hits me harder even though my child rearing days are over. Walt🗽
Loved your reaction, this song is emotional. It brings out sadness in you, especially if you have children. Keep then coming! Love & peace! ❤🙏🏼 Please never apologize if you get emotional, that's what music does!
I don't even have children and I'm single, yet whenever I hear this song I cry thinking of my future children. This is absolutely beautiful and captures the essence of being a new parent perfectly.
This song came out a couple years after my second daughter was born, and every time I hear it I think of both of my girls. I would not be here today if it were not for my daughters. When my ex got pregnant with our first daughter, my life was on a downward spiral, lots of alcohol, lots of drugs. I had to make a decision, continue being a drug addict and alcoholic or be a father. I chose to be a father, and it was the best choice I’ve ever made in my life. Not a day goes by that I don’t thank God for those two beautiful girls that I have because they are what keeps me going. I was never a huge fan of Creed but I was always a huge fan of this song. I welcomed both both of my daughters with my arms wide-open, and it been that way ever since. Thank you for being a beautiful couple and reacting to some great music. I look forward to more, have an awesome day.👏👏👏👏👏👏🤙🤙🤙🤙
Good for you buddy! My ex and I divorced and then a couple months after that we started seeing each other again and BINGO! I stopped selling weed on the side (I always worked) I made sure I was part of every aspect of our son's life and it was worth every sacrifice we both made! When he was 18 he enlisted into the Army and then the guard and now he's a firefighter in Chicago. But keeping him on a straight course was something we did together. When he was about 12 my ex called me up and invited me out for Father's Day and she actually shocked me. She gave me a card and looked at me and said, "You've always had a terrible temper but you treated him with kid gloves and you're such a good dad!" I was floored! Great to know someone else put their kids first! 👍👍👍
I love, love, love your reactions. Music can be so emotional and moves me to tears quite often. It's so nice to see authentic reactions. I love this about your reactions to music. God Bless!
1999 when this song was released my son was 9 yo I was driving home from work my 1st time hearing it and I had tears running down my cheeks I was 41 at the time. Great song!
I love Creed's music so much. Not only because of the messages, but I love the beautiful picking pattern, the bass being prominent, and I love how heavy they sound when they actually decide to go heavy in their songs. The guitar player in this band went on to be in Alter Bridge with Myles Kennedy. A couple of other Creed songs that I love are "My Own Prison" and "My Sacrifice". Not enough people react to them.
@@Gutslinger he’s got some bangers! My favorites are Slow Suicide, Purpose for pain, broken, justify, Jesus was a rockstar, name (prequel to Arms wide open) m, if these walls could talk, hit me more…..to name a few
I remember like if were today, the day my wife told me that she was pregnant and were going to be parents. That was 35 years ago but the emotion and tears of joy still are in my mind. We ended with another boy and a girl and everytime was the same. Being a father is a great joy and responsability. Nice reaction. You two are amazing people. 🇵🇷
I love this song. And I love watching you two together. When you both cry on a reaction, it’s so touching. You can really see your love is deep & profound for one another. Sending you both Love from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Big Hugs coming your way. Love you guys. ♥️💖💜
My dad dedicated this song to me because my parents thought I was gonna be very mentally challenged and have a lot of birth defects. They were ready especially because I was the last of 5. This song always makes me cry, never fails.
I just want to thank you both. Your reactions are so real, and I get emotional as well when I see you two getting emotional. I love the way you comfort each other, your love for each other is a beautiful thing!! 💗
I had forgotten how much I loved this song. Thank you for reminding me and reintroducing it to me. I literally had not heard it in years and it still makes me cry.❤❤🎥🎥🎼
I'm a Creed fan of 25 years now and I still love their music so much. Scott Stapp's lyrics are really something special imo. Thank you for reacting to this beautiful song. Love you guys. 🙂
This beautiful song was actually released in April, 2000. It was played on every radio station for months! Scott Stapp has a very distinctive voice, he said he wrote this song in 15 minutes when he realized he was going to be a father. Awesome song!
This is a band that you will find so many hits with. This song is good, buy "One Last Breath", "My Own Prison", "Higher"...... They go on and on. I know you will love their lyrics and their videos are ALL high quality.
Scott wrote a prequel to this song called Name!!! Please check it out!!! What If!!!! Higher!!! Justify!!! Slow Suicide!!!!!! Broken!!!! Pity for a dime!!!!! Purpose for pain!!!!
Public poll... click and like this comment if you think this married couple, Andrei and Dominika, should listen and react to Still the One by Orleans. Not the Shania Twain one. Although that one would be good too but the old Orleans song is what I'm referring to.
57yr old yank that's correct I'm wiping tears of joy again so my 23yr old is looking at me like thank you dad for being there for me and then asked for a c note so now I am crying harder 😂
Even though I don’t know you guys I’ve come to love you both. Music moves you both like it does me. That means you have a good heart
Thank you 😊 Much love from the both of us 💚
Scott Stapp is now a grandfather. This little boy in the song is already a dad of a little boy 😊❤
The most emotional part of the song, for me, was when he said: "I hope he's not like me."
Gets me every time
yep, makes me cry the same type of cry that I have when Kevin Costner says "Dad... wanna have a catch?" in Field of Dreams
This tune won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song of the Year. It affected millions of other people too. Thanks for your reaction. ☮💜🎶

It came on the radio the way to meet my first born in the hospital
One of the greatest song about a father's love for his son.

Lovely 😍 Thank you and warm wishes from Romania 💚
You guys are beautiful. This song is very powerful and you showed why music moves your heart and soul. Thank you for your honesty and thoughts ❤
VERY deep song and gets me to tear up every time. It's the 3rd verse that always gets me. the one that starts... "If had just one wish......"

You have the sweetest relationship
I think the sadness is maybe part of our fear as parents of failing our children or maybe being overwhelmed with loving someone so much
Agreed and hoping they don't make the same mistakes you have in your own life.
Always loved this song. So touching to see the love between the two of you, as well.
Shouldn't be sad, bringing life into the world!
This is the song for my grandson I seen them with 3 doors down loudest concert I ever heard and I’ve seen a lot!!

A good rabbit hole to explore.
Y'all have a good soul. It shines through.
Beautiful reaction. I always love seeing your kitty in the background too.
This song always reminds me of September 11...
Now I’m crying
Great song choice guys!😊

Check out my sacrifice by Creed. A banger.
It’s a gift from god, the creation of life. It’s the Holy Spirit making you sad or humbled by that, it’s a miracle

This is a very good video. Hope you watch it.
Thank you, we will 👍
Great song, another one that will touch your soul is by "Train"- Drops of Jupiter- written for his Mother who died.
Sadly, as good as the music was, Scott had problems.
So? Don’t we all have problems at various times in our lives. That x really was a completely unnecessary comment to make. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
@@karenglenn6707 Says you. I actually have a lot of sympathy for the guy. Not something he got a lot of for some reason. But thanks for the comment.
I would recommend watching the actual music video to this.
