Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 1
Beans - 5
Carrot (small size) - 1
Green peas
Tomato - 1
Salt
Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Taste maker - 2 pkts
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbl spoon
Soya sauce - ½ teaspoon
Water - 2 cups
Mixed herbs - ½ teaspoon (optional)

If your children don't eat vegetables try blending all the vegetables after following the exact recipe in the video till 1:53 and boil noodles separately and then add a little water and boil the veggie sauce and cooked noodles together follow the rest of the recipe and add a little bit of cheese I swear they ll gobble it up
