About Me:
My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first UA-cam channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!
And we're back with another vlog! Had to skip a vlog yesterday because of Good Friday and had we uploaded this eating vlog on a sacred holiday, it would have lead to some major hate, so we took a break! Happy to be back to our usual DAILY VLOGS! So what do you say: WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO EAT HEALTHY?

Mikey you asked us if we eat healthy, well because of you and RJ I have removed certain foods from my diet and replaced with healthier foods. You guys have influence and driven me when nothing else has!! I’m exercising again and eating better and I remove the negativity in my life. Hi Mikey, Hi RJ: good thing that RJ is promoting good health thru nutrition. May I just suggest that you use in your next drive, a local fruit? Apple can still be there but you may want to choose a healthy local fruit in season of course - Bayabas or Buko. Healthactivist.ph here RJ. Happy birthday too, belated!

My whole life it has been a struggle to stay active and eat healthy. Two years ago was in a car accident that messed up my back and then 6 months ago I sprained my ankle then managed to break it 4 weeks later. I piled on the weight feeling sorry for myself. I think your vlog has helped to get me out of my slump and I have started exercising and watching what I eat. I have lost 16 pounds since Feb. Thanks Mikey and RJ you are an inspiration to many.
I just realised something: do you actually cook meals yourself as well and if so: what do you cook? Vlog about your own cooking some time? :)

I do try to eat healthy majority of the time. I eat a bowl of salad for dinner 4 - 5 times a week. I use broccoli rather than leafy greens.

Mikey is Mikey. It may be a reminder but no one can change his ways. In Japan, Mikey's eating style is highly appreciated by the one who cooks the meal. The louder you make a sound, the more they feel that their meals are appreciated.

also in Asia just like Kido says, if you are loud when eating food like that mmm and slurping on soups that says respect and appreciation... Europe is different from Asia you cannot force your tradition to us but if we ever go there (Europe) of course we can adjust depends on where we are and which restaurant of course
