Can holy communion be taken alone
while remembering Lord ?
Yes.. Communion is not a ritual . You can do it in remembrance of Jesus' Sacrifice.

What can be taken in holy communion?
Generally bread and juice are taken in church. At home what can be?
Hi sister, Yes, you can take holy communion anywhere and anytime remembering the Lord,
at home, you can take a piece of chapati (roti) and a small amount of juice or water, taking the chapati as the body and the water or juice as the blood. It’s always good when we do it together in fellowship with other believers but if no one is a believer in a family then you can take it alone.
For I received from the Lord what I also handed on to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body which is [broken] for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me” (1 Corinthians 11:23-25).

Pehle ki church mein log communion bhi bhojan ki tarha khate the...aur ek doosre ki wait nai karte the...koi jaldi aake pet bhar kha leta tha aur kisi ko kush nai milta tha...woh log aise khate the jaise church mein khairaat bhant rahi ho...isse Lord ki deh aur lahoo ka apmaan hota tha...jis karke un logo par bimariya aati thi...weak hote the...aur mar bhi jate the....tabi paul ne kaha tha ke tum unworthy manner se khate ho....but thank God ke hum sab sath mein khate hai....aur bhojan ya khairaat ki tarha nai khate....1st Corinthians 11.17 onwards
