Look up Professor Mark Whiteley of The Whiteley Clinics. He was the pioneer of Laser surgery, but has much more up to date procedures available since 2019.

I just found out after 10 yrs of pain and suffering I have this and my legs are going into surgery soon to close them.
It was hard for me at the gym to cycle on the stand up machines, calves got extremely tight and feet went numb within 2 mins with extreme fatigue in legs. my legs felt like they build up so much pressure and I can feel the blood going up and down rapidly to much I had to sit down pronto. so if anyone here feels this and the doctors tell you nothing is wrong like they did me GUESS AGAIN:( I would tell you to get a new doctor or another doctor to figure it out.

This is interesting about what you have been saying I am trying to find out more information about my condition. I have suffered with non diabetic foot ulcers for around 13 years. Had different levels of compression from class 2 up to and currently using class 4 ready wraps. I have had a couple of vein stripping operations on both my legs and foam sclerotherapy but unfortunately I can't seem to get rid of the ulcers which keep coming back after 12 months or so. I just wish there was a cure or a way i could get a few years of happiness with no recurring issues.

@kulvinder very good point. Information and diagnosis is useless if you are not looking for solutions. Dr. Perhaps you could use your audience to put a video out asking for everyone with CVI to comment with something they believe has helped reduce their symptoms and why/how. Then us sufferers can read the comments and hopefully have some things to try and you will have more avenues to analyse moving our understanding forward. I think this would be a good thing to do.
