Traps work really well against enigma. The ward auras has a +1 and go again. Something riptide likes to see.
Also, the aggro Riptide builds run really strong pressure+poppers.
@@benwhite6507poppers? The only phantasm attack enigma runs is miraging metamorph. And if enigma follows the play miragai -> protect strategy, riptide won’t have enough pressure to destroy enigma’s auras

Teklo vs Nuu seems like an alright MU for Teklo, she cant really play a lot of his blues, he was running Dreacts, and she banishes his equipment for him. He might cut dreacts and move to a boosty plan so that could change but I think when you dig in a bit it shouldnt be bad
You can't block with equipment vs Nuu because evos keep their card types and they're all actions. Sure she can't take them, but you lose the base.

I do agree Kayo is the bar but I do think Nuu will give him more fits than prior Assassins due to her hand disruption cards like Prognosis and Agony.
Also all of Riptide's traps trigger into Enigma unless she plays zero GA instants or ones with counters. Tarpit, Frailty, basically every one but Spike Pit. Still a rough matchup though.
Surely Fai is too low? He can just win if a player knows the deck. Also, I think Zen is a mix between Fai and Katsu in gameplay and one advantage over Katsu is he doesn't have to play Attack reactions to trigger search and doesn't discard but gets an additional tiger with combo card...Also different builds in Enigma may be totally different in matchups and potential than what you suggest. Also, a good Kano player is very hard to beat with most decks...BUT yeah, good overall and liked a lot of your thoughts 😊
Yeah riptide is supposedly favored against Enigma but if you keep 2 shields around Enigma gets there.
Olympia s tier if Enigma didn't exist. Super sad anvil came out when she did.
I think Nuu's biggest con is shes almost a vanilla hero vs warriors and they are a significant share of the meta, not to mention she has very few "synergizes with the deck" poppers for the prism match
She is also almost an auto loss against illusionists. Definitely overrated. Also her hero power is used well into the 2nd cycle so she needs more support maybe with more shuffle effects.

@@Solaxia In my experience so far, you need to play it as chain link 3 with buff, otherwise it can be covered by cards from hand. Until so far I see enigma players counter Nuu by playing 2 auras attacking and then doing nothing as an instant as they dont have to, because you need to take all the damage just to clear the wards by pitching to the daggers.
no only Warriors, her ability doesn't exist against rangers either. Actually her ability is good against guardians, but outside that, very mediocre. Plus, how many no block cards do you want to run in a deck that wants to go long? I feel Nuu is very overated.
@@EmanuelBradeanu indeed, she has some new wow looking effects but cannot reach the late game to capitalize. Also without hit effects, most attack have built in -2 attack. Also to mention the obvious, Nuu is different with or wihtout the 500+ cost cards from previous sets.

Fai Lower then arakni... Lol Prism is S maybe top of A. Everyone on A tier run 0 poppers (other then Dash) Prism is running the iris packet now so it has a good game vs Brute n guardian. Kano is Low A tier, Depending on how popular Illusionist is. Ur Wars all lose to Illusionist, Kano, Riptide, Assasin (all run D reacts/ ward/ not enough Pressure to rush Kano) and 50/50 vs Azelea, Dash and Brute. Ur wars are B tier.
