    I plonk my tomatoes into my food processor and then pop into deep freeze or can when I have enough for a large batch.... Good luck

    Love seeing all your garden preservation. My little patio garden sputtered and struggled this summer (south FL), so I can only admire others' bounties, but I still appreciate seeing it all.

    I had a plot in our community garden and I would pull some of the big tomatoes BEFORE they turned red simply because we love to eat and use green tomatoes so much. Thank you for sharing this!

    I use my silicone muffins cupsto freeze raw mini meatloaves. 4 oz fits in perfectly. I pull out three for dinner and then put them in frozen in my air fryer along with frozen French fries. Add a veggie or green salad and you’ve got an easy quick dinner.

      @@GloriaNdegwa peel ( or not) blanch till just barely tender..dry..flash freeze then bag and put in freezer🙂

    Take your dehydrated tomatoes and powder some. That can be used for tomatoe paste, or sauce.

    How do you use the frozen eggs or do you thaw them first? I’ve been using my dehydrator I can’t wait to try zucchini and tomatoes that’s awesome! Also make pesto or other sauces for freezing in the silicone. Also I love your tomato harvest mine are turning red like two at a time so I haven’t gotten one use harvest. I have a ton still green I’m about to water bath can green salsa.

    I didn't know you could freeze tomatoes. I had too many and made a tomato soup with it. It didn't make it to the freezer though...

    You did amazing! Do you blanche your zucchini before dehydrating?

      No, I didn't. It does better preserve the color and texture a bit bettrr if you do Blanche it first but it can be done either way.
