Hi Marlene, you will never lose content (unless you overwrite a complete page like your homepage) but I do recommend watching the course I made on how to switch from an old Thrive Theme theme to Thrive Theme Builder as that will detail everything that will change and everything that will stay the same. You can find the course here: thrivethemes.com/courses/switch-to-ttb/ (makes sure to log in to see the course) -Hanne
Yes please Benoît! You should use the features in the Thrive Theme Builder dashboard's Site Speed tab for Kwik, just like you would for Shapeshift or Ommi. - Matt

Hi I am not a coder or tech person, I have a website which I can maintain and keep up to date. I have a thrive theme subscription but someone else built it. I have been told the Divi themes are easier to use, would you convince me otherwise as I have half a year on my subscription.
I think people who use Divi will say it's easier and people who use Thrive Theme Builder will say that's easier ;-) Every tool has a bit of a learning curve. What I CAN tell you is that Thrive Theme Builder is much more flexible and is WYSIWYG. Where Divi will require you to use your imagination to understand how boxes on the backend will translate into the design of your website in the front-end, Thrive Theme Builder shows you exactly how it will be on your site. -Hanne
I've used both - I'm also not a coder or tech person. I can't stand divi - your design is just a bunch of boxes and it's very difficult for me to imagine what the end product will look like. Engineer types seem to like it - it's like building a website in Excel or something. I'm sure I could learn to live with Divi.
@@russells777 you don't need to worry about the 'INTERNAL' wording, as you won't see it. When Christine was recording this screencast, they hadn't released to users yet the items she was demonstrating. So the 'INTERNAL' items were their pre-release (for internal use only) versions of them. You won't see 'INTERNAL' in the names, that was just on Christine's computer as a Thrive Themes team member.
I'm impressed with your attention to detail ;-) Michael and Dan are correct, in order to record the video prior the software being released I use a version of the software where templates are marked "internal". By the time you are able to view the video, the software has been publicly released, and you won't see "internal" on your version. -Christine
Nice work. Good to have a modern clean offering that doesn’t have the multicolour designs you guys often use. Thrive is awesome
If I switch to Kwik from an old Thrive Theme (Minus) do I lose the content that's currently on my static pages?

Good evening. should I continue to use the thrive theme builder site speed module?

@@adventurepromo thanks mate. I’m sticking with thrive. It’s a learning curve I guess.
@@markharris4659 Good choice. For cost considerations, I opted for Divi. After 2 months I have had it with Divi and going back to Thrive themes.
What does the word INTERNAL in the template titles mean?
It's what they use for pieces they're testing, before they are released to the public.
@@dankelly Not sure I understand, but thank you for your reply
