I grew up in Britain and coached young players at a very basic level. I’ve seen children play in the street in Italy, Spain, Germany and all without the facilities he has. He’d be shocked at how many other kids are ahead of him. I wish him luck but he needs to start using his right foot more. Too dependant on his left.

Chase really needs to take some days off because if he was sore and he’s training every time,he doesn’t let his muscles build or repair themselves from all the hard work he’s done. Now he says he doesn’t take days off no matter what right,if he was sore the next day and he’s gonna train again,I’m pretty sure he’s stretching so the pain goes away but still you still don’t wanna go to training.Well I mean I think some people don’t feel sore or pain from the legs or their stomachs from the training the day they trained.Maybe that’s why he keeps on training.But if you read this comment you can let me know if I’m right or wrong.

I used to coach football so if I may jump in. I agree to a point with what you’re saying but this all depends on the type of training. With strength training, he would absolutely need to rest and not repeat the strength training the next day but he can still train every day. Football focused training (drills, runs, shooting, passing etc) can be done everyday. When I was 10, I played football non stop.
You can train everyday without injuring yourself but you have to mix it up and listen to your body, especially as we get older.
Yes your right you can train everyday if you want to but they just need to be careful getting injured,fatigues,and burnouts because that happens if you train to much.But honestly I can agree with what you said.The only thing that kids like them just need to know how the body works because muscles need to recover from all the training.You don’t have to train everyday just to get muscles because muscles like the arm legs and getting a six pack takes time,they can’t just expect they built a really big muscle in like a week if they’re training that many days.And yes you need to rest from a lot of training,but if you feel sore and you can still train it’s fine because you can build more muscle but they just need to rest from all the soreness they don’t have to keep training everyday after week
By the way I’m 11 years old and I’m surprised a coach replied.But I just wanted to comment this because I saw how a lot of kids where training like everyday and I wanted to see if someone agreed of what I was curious of kids like them ever take days off
@@Vibez-ul8yy You're absolutely right to be cautious. Overtraining can be a problem. You will know when you're feeling sore and should definitely not train if you are. I think though at your age you can totally work on ball control and the basics everyday. When I was your age I could play football all the time without injury and most importantly, because I was having fun. It's the one thing this video misses is showing Chase enjoying the game. If you focus on that and improve your basics then you're in a great place. Good luck with your football.
