I wanted to make some for my girlfriend for valentines day. After I left them cool, I melted white chocolate chips the same way and drizzled the white chocolate onto the strawberries. They came out perfect and taste even better! This was my first time doing it. 10/10, would recommend.

I just made these for the 1st time, using semi sweet chips because that's what I had. So easy following your simple instructions. I watched a few videos, and you were the only one who mentioned waiting for the chocolate to cool down to 90ﾟ.

Thanks, they turned out yummy but I had one problem with them. The stem kept breaking off the strawberries when I was dipping them in the chocolate. Did this ever happen to you Laura? P.S. It ended up not setting in 15 minutes in the fridge and took more like an hour so it was so hard to wait for them but we managed just fine. They are all gone too. Only lasted half a day and we gave one to my neighbor and she loved it too. I will defiantly make these again.
