Oh this was fantastic! I used to ship buckynat but I can get on board with this ship!! Their scenes fit together so well, really great manips. I just love the end where he puts the gun down as well. Great work!

@@tonyrolfe6900 There's no indication we're seeing her again. I'm not into it because a romance with a minor character who's a civilian will not give Bucky anything like a romance with a lead character would. Also, Bucky's perfect for a fighting by each other's side romance and if you put him with a civilian, you can't do that. Bucky and Natasha in the comics is an iconic ship because they're partners who fight side by side and who know each other's traumas and they help each other.
If The Winter Soldier had his own movies, I wouldn't be so pragmatic but he doesn't have his own movies. A romance with Black Widow or hell Captain America keeps you in the game. A romance with Captain America's sister doesn't do anything for you as a character.
I was against Hawkeye being married to a civilian for all these reasons. His big comic romances were with Bobbi Morse a SHIELD agent and Black Widow and because they put him with a civilian in the MCU they couldn't do it. He slid more and more into obscurity as the movies went on.
On the other hand, I think people that are gods work really well with civilians. It humanizes them when their partner is a human with no powers and isn't even a superhero.
