Yup, Seele has a skill that gives her 25% speed, so you don't need speed boots.
I have 7/8 of these characters, so once I build Ruan Mei, I can finally 3 star this
It mostly depend on your relic stats

my builds are way better and i have kafka on top of that yet i clear in infinite cycles. there are even players using starter 4* characters yet my top tier 5* couldn't. i am going crazy, this game is making me feel so bad
It's not just stats. You have to play around the affix for the MoC cycle. This is a break heavy MoC, so you basically have to plan around having your highest break effect damage dealers weakness break enemies. I've seen Sushang players hit break numbers of nearly 300K and 1-cycle this MoC12. Speed tuning is a huge part of how to clear in less cycles, too, so you can line up your big damage with buffs and stuffs.
Second day after the update I felt like such a failure cause I couldn't 3* 11 and videos online started coming in of people doing it with no healers, only 4* etc. But we gotta stop stressing so much. There is ~40 more days of this moc to learn and upgrade strategies/teams. Also on YT you see only ont one good attempt, and I dont want to shit on the creators or anything, but there could have been 200 failed runs before they get good rng, so dont worry, take a few days break and come back later. Happy new year
@@mikeybikey7408 Yeah I'm right there with you, I feel like my characters are awful because I Can't do 3* floor 12. I even manage using the same team as OP but they're just a cycle ahead so I can't clear it in time
Yeah it really depends on relics and working around the MoC buff.
I think I'm gonna try and get xueyi up, she might do better with the blessing compared to seele@@HyrionCh
