I saw this video only today ! Congrats bothof you ! Well done ! and keep the flag flying all through your lives. I was the Best NCC cadet in 1980, from Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry contingent. That year Mrs Gandhi gave us the Cane of honour... best days of my life .. I think NCC should be made compulsory for all !
