Stallone comes across as very perceptive and honest.
He seems to have been true to
    himself and attained considerable
    wisdom.
    His authenticity is refreshing.
Congrats on a life well lived!

There isn't a single interview host that I can think of that can make his guests feel more at ease than Tom Power. Great conversation as always Tom! 👍

I love Canadian interviews because Powers let the Guest talk without interrupting him . Powers asked about Stallone's art and that's all and we see Mr Stallone is enjoying the interview.

This is 1 of the Absolute Best interviews of anybody Ever. The depth of emotion not only portrayed in the shows and movies but also the clear respect for hard real life topics. And it isn't just a bunch of fancy words, it's an actual down right honest and humble conversation. They also elaborate on what exactly they mean in their answers. Very Very Well done

I hope there are several seasons of Tulsa King. I am not one to watch episodic TV, but Stallone is so captivating in this series that I thirst for more every week.

Sly is a very underappreciated national treasure (and despite the commercial success of his movie and creative career). He is insightful, intelligent, very relatable and candid with his emotions and thought process, and no one works harder on any project. The themes of his movies, his personality, life philosophy and work ethic have helped motivate and sustain me at very difficult times in my life. This man is irreplaceable.

I've seen many interviews with Stallone recently and this surpassed them all by miles. I'm not even a huge Stallone fan but the way this interviewer got him to open up about so much more than the normal Entertainment Tonight interview was brilliant. Great job, Tom Power!

Quite a comment by Sly at the end there. “You’re very good.” And Tom Power has become just that - an excellent interviewer and host of Q. But he’s been that for a few years now. CBC must count their blessing, having had him to step up to the plate as a host of Q.

Great show, I watched all 9 episodes so far and I don't watch tv normally aside of 90's comedies that were the best of course like 90's country music. Just right amount of rock and country. 90''s tv shows also just right mix of what ever at the time but those were good times. I was a young adult in 80's and 90's. Great times and so much better than today. I feel bad for the youth today. Things are just different and not in a good way.

I can't tell if Tom is actually in the same room or not. I would think not based on the split screen but then one of the last things you see is the back of his head as he shakes Sly's hand. Tom, were you there? Why the secrecy? I must know!!!!! (Well, "must" is a strong word but it'd be nice lol)

When he talks of action guys that have no heart and never get hurt......... Steven Seagal? That's why his films are the worst. Even the early ones, you can't relate, he's just unlikable, you don't care of he lives or dies. That was the whole thing behind the success of Die Hard and the emergence of Willis as a action star., He was likable, and boy did he get hurt. These are always the best heroes.I mean sure, i do enjoy what a call an "unstoppable force" movie once in a while. John Wick. Neeson in Taken. Guys that just dominate through the film, but the best action films are always those when the hero can get hurt and also if he doubts himself. Even Rambo, we tend to see him as an unstoppable force, and yes but he does get hurt, tortured, etc. He's never presented as a guy that can't get hurt.

Sly unfortunately suffers from Rocky-ism and most directors we’re concerned his larger than life persona would have stolen the show. A distraction from the storyline. I get it.

The young kid doesn't know what he's talking about! For your information young man the very first Rocky was not in movie theaters! It was on ABC television regular TV! With Sylvester Stallone waking up in the morning when he starts his training waking up in the morning starting his training you can hear Don cannon on the radio from PA. Get it right young man!
