Love the idea of this total immersion. Read. Listen. Speak. Rinse and repeat daily. 🙌🏼. I can see how this would help me get thru the parts where I occasionally miss a word. Review is everything!

At 70 years old I was kind of devastated when trying to recall Scripture from memory. It is gone! Of course John 3:16 is ingrained forever, but so many of the verses that I thought were hard wired in my brain, I cannot recall without the Bible in my hand. Once I start reading a Scripture then the words come back to me. My brain works that way with songs as well. I can't recall lyrics but when a song plays then I can remember. I wonder what my brain needs in order to keep the important things like Scripture more readily accessible.

I think people call them memory hooks. You have them when someone starts it, this, then that, then. But you don’t have any hooks to start it.

Check with your doctor(s) if any medication has memory impact. Listen to Hal Cranmer and Dr Bredesen explain the huge impact of diet on brain function. May God bless you with a clear path toward better brain health ❤️🙏❤️

As with any muscle, your brain just needs some training and exercise!

When you both are looking at the camera and talk I feel like am literally standing in between you guys while having a conversation 😊.
I like the Point about active memory and archived memory. It's not lost!

This is great!! It's something I only just recently started putting together. But I couldn't have articulated it, and definitely not as clearly. These ideas sped up my own review ideas. On my own, it would have taken me longer to think about implementing this. Thank you both!!

Just found your channel. Very interesting. 🤔Internalize rather than trying for word perfect, fast, medium and slow all accomplish different goals.

Oh wow! Now I’m thinking: What would happen if I linked these ideas with what was shared in the video with Wesley Brainard? 🤔Hmm.
