I’ve had and heard just about everything Todd and Utopia ever recorded. Todds creativity is endless. AWATS to Space Force Been to at least a dozen live shows.
I got to talk with Todd in 2011 at a "Walk Down Abbey Road" show at Tags in New York state. He is a super nice person, and I will always cherish that he took 5 minutes to chat about seeing Utopia years before and his son playing baseball for Utica.
Thank you, Todd for such an honest interview. Well done. It shows that the idiosyncratic artist really does hold all the cards near the end of the game regardless of the volume of hit records. Creativity is your game. I play and write for a 15 string bass guitar that I had to invent a method of playing to write for it. Please continue to be an inspiration.
cool interview,,,i enjoy listening to you todd--you know this 'business of music-music business' so well.. from touring, producing shows,distribution,etc.....and glad that you share this aspect...hell maybe you'll produce my old progressive band-that has many written songs but, unrecorded,Stay Blessed!
Poor Todd has been giving the same interview pretty much for the last 20 years. He is so much better when asked about contemporary topics or technology rather than regurgitating the past, which can be found in dozens of interviews already.
Love John Lennon, big Todd Rundgren fan. For years I've been wondering how and why that name CHAPMAN has always stuck in my craw. Before John was killed my own brother was killed senselessly by a guy named MICHAEL CHAPMAN. I've run into him a couple of times unexpectedly. He's escaped justice and I wanted him ... He crushed my family. That name CHAPMAN will always be a cursed name in my book. SICFUC
The Daryl Hall with Special Guest Todd Rundgren show at Ft.Worth Texas 8/13/2023 was over priced for the show, It would have been better with two or three girls doing backups better sound and lights, Just seemed like a quick money grab. Circus act. the mics were muddy.

Pretty good B&B impersonation.
Great interview. From Hartlepool U.K.
Double albums are cool.
Great interview. Very interesting 🤔.
From Hartlepool U.K
thank you for watching
Something/Anything was a great demonstration of the way music should be done. I could use a few more albums like it in my collection.
Nice. Love the frat boy story.
I'm making a story about men of grass and Todd's songs are very inspiring, giving me ideas for the characters and the story. Thanks, homie

Could not agree more. Also, the awful band warming up in the background of this interview is insufferable.

No that threat didn't come from any Kent State students folks.

"The Noise"... aptly named given the racket that's being put up behind the wall while Todd is trying to pretend it isn't happening
The background noise is very annoying. Todd is always touching his nose, in almost every interview.
I like Todd Rundgren, and Bruce Springsteen is better than good, but Todd really does not like Bruce.
