Solji is low-key one of the best Korean vocalist in my opinion. Yes, sohyang's voice is melismatic, tender and powerful. Wendy also has a very wide range and perfect texture in her voice, but sometimes, a voice too perfect feels too distant. We can appreciate the emotions inside their songs but can't feel them ourselves. But solji's voice is more like telling a story gently. This makes her voice always so comforting.
I just noticed her vocal prowess on king of masked singer, having a very sentimental voice with a very wide range. She is indeed one of the best kpop singer of her generation. Quite disappointed cause she is not given so much recognition.

Solji is the type of singer that you cry if she started to sing in ballad. You would cry even before you understand the lyrics, you can feel the song as if you're fluent in Korean. I hope she gets more recognition, not because she's EXID Member, but as HEO SOLJI WHO'S ONE OF THE BEST VOCALIST OF 2.5 GENERATION.
