The wiring and configuration of FX2N and FX3S PLCs are generally similar because they are both part of the Mitsubishi Electric FX Series PLCs. However, there can be some differences depending on the specific models and their features. It's essential to refer to the user manuals and documentation provided by Mitsubishi Electric for each PLC model to ensure that you wire and configure them correctly for your specific application. Keep in mind that the wiring and configuration details may vary, so always consult the appropriate documentation for the precise information you need. Always check Data sheet or User manual dl.mitsubishielectric.com/dl/fa/document/manual/plc_fx/jy992d55301/jy992d55301h.pdf
MC Protocol or Melsec communication protocol. It is a serial communication protocol that uses a binary format to transfer data. MC Protocol can be used with various communication interfaces such as RS-232C, RS-422, RS-485, Ethernet, and USB.
Hi, i'll be happy with small answer - is it have different how to plug electricity? Where should be line and where neutral. Can i just connect line or in any case I should find line and neutral.
If you are working with older Mitsubishi PLC models like the FX or Q series, GX Works2 is necessary. However, for the latest iQ-R and iQ-F series, GX Works3 provides a more advanced and efficient programming environment. Therefore, while there is some functional overlap, GX Works3 cannot fully replace GX Works2 if you need to support the older PLC models.
If the power indicator light is not turning on, it may indicate that the PLC is not receiving power or that there is an issue with the power supply or wiring.
Uploading the PLC program should be done in "Run" mode rather than "Stop" mode. The main reason for this is that the PLC operates differently in these two modes, and uploading in "Run" mode ensures that the program being uploaded is the currently executing and active one.
@@TheMachine0021 The reason I asked is because I downloaded a FX2N-128MR program to my PC in STOP mode and uploaded the saved program to another PLC of the same type in STOP mode too and it didn't work. Could this be the reason that uploading should be done in RUN mode? Thank you for your help.
