    In fact to gain a better understanding of the challenges linked to organizational change, John Kotter and Holger Rathgeber first choose to tell us a story of penguins in Antarctica.
    I will read to you an unabridged version hitting on the main 8 steps of Kotter's 8 Step Model.
    In this parable by John Kotter & Holger Rathgeber, Chris shares the story of penguins who are in the midst of a problem, how they react, and what they do. Focused on team problem solving and "changing and succeeding under any conditions," this is a more lighthearted read with important points.
    The book was written by John Paul Kotter, He is the ''Konosuke Matsushita'' Professor of Leadership, Emeritus, at the Harvard Business School, an author, and the founder of Kotter International, a management consulting firm based in Seattle and Boston. He is a thought leader in business, leadership, and change.
