Pure Adirondacks - Usually once a year, for about 2 weeks in the summer (North Creek), since my “busy season” at work in FL runs from September through May. I was able to come home during the early fall (my fave season) a couple of years ago during a hurricane evacuation, and got to enjoy many of the autumnal things I’d been missing... like apple cider donuts, perfect temperatures and a bit of foliage!
I'm a Norwegian, living in Thailand now for many years. ....was once on a holiday in Florida back in 89/90. ...that's all. But I grew up with American culture. ..so I have a deep love for America. And I hope to God He will intervene and save the Republic from its demise. Would love to live in America and be an American. ...it would be an honor.
Pure Adirondacks went extremely well! Weather sucked, but I still had a blast. I posted video 1 of the trip earlier today. I need to keep learning from you guys to make my cinematography better.
Glad you still had fun! Weather has been quite inconsistent this summer, unfortunately. I will have to check out your video. I'm self-taught and just keep drawing inspiration from others and upgrading equipment. It's been a gradual learning process over the years.
Great work, Evan! I really love the landscape you have there! :) I reminds me of the endless fjords and mountains in Norway :) The shots look very good and the music is a good choice for that kind of video. It would be a dream to have that beautiful landscape near to my hometown :D Greetings from Germany, Phil
Thanks, Phil! Glad you enjoyed it. We're lucky to have such a large park with so much protected forest land. Looking forward to checking out Norway someday. My wife's good friend lives there, so I'm sure we'll make a trip at some point. -Evan
Pure Adirondacks. Hello. Stopped by to support. I have a question for you. I have a trip planned to go to the Adirondacks in a few weeks. Were doing the Floodwood Pond Loop. I know some of the look is in a designated wilderness area. Do you know any of the rules for flying a drone in the Adirondacks or where I can fly the rules so I can look through them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much in advance! Supporting your channel!
Great video! I am planning to go to the Adirondack with my drone in the summer. Your drone videos really inspired me. Do I need to take the part 107 exam?. Is uploading drone footages to my non money earning UA-cam channel considered commercial use? Thanks 🙏
Hi Zhan - Thanks! You would need the Part 107 certification if you were conducting a flight and catching photos/videos for commercial purposes. If you're not making money, then that would typically not fall under "Commercial". Here's a resource for you: on.ny.gov/3w6e1AB
Thanks so much for your beautiful aerial montage. I grew up there, live in Miami now but this brings back such great memories and nostalgia.
Thanks, Heather. Glad it brings back a lot of great memories. How often do you return to visit?

Heather - That's great! Glad you get to look forward to that annual summer trip every year. North Creek is a great area to spend it in too.
Watching this vid has THE SAME EFFECT (on me) as listening to a favorite song!! MORE, PLEASE!! 👍🏻👍🏻
Another awesome production, you make it look so easy. Thank you
Thanks, Tom! Enjoyed our chat a few weeks back. Appreciate the support.

Thanks, Mary Anne!
Thank you for sharing :) My husband and I just moved to the area last year ❤❤
That's awesome, glad to hear you guys were able to move to the ADKs. What part of the park?
Beautiful. ....God is such an artist. Would love to live in the Adirondacks.
John - Sure is, thanks for watching. Hope you're able to make that happen someday. How often you visit?

Oh wow, Thailand looks like a beautiful place. Hope you make it back to the USA someday. Thanks again for watching our videos!
Inspiring...like always. Love your stuff guys. Big fan! I hate that we missed each other on Cranberry lake. Maybe next year!
Thanks! Yeah, unfortunately it was a tight window as I had another filming job. How was your trip?
