All of the rear loaders in our yard with the exception of one old Leach from San Francisco for bulkies and 2 PT1000s for food waste are Autocar/Durapack 5000s with twin tippers. I actually really like them and they are great for bins because of the integrated bar/tipper combo. I love watching bulkies and it always reminds me of my first week at Groot. They threw me right in the fire for Elmwood Park cleanup week.
That SF Leach sounds awesome! I’ve heard lots of things about those Autocar Heils but at least some drivers like using them haha I agree though, bulky videos are always a treat! I can only imagine doing bulk in that town, must’ve made for a great first week.
