Hi Zen. About your feelings regarding therapy. You need to tell your therapist how you feel about your sessions. They can start giving you 'homework' to help you begin to generate the solutions you want. Also, it's not a one size fits all. You need to shop around before you get the right therapist who uses the right techniques for you. Think of it like dating. It's a journey wethu- a very long one. Oh also, I think you would benefit from some somatic work that helps you notice what's happening in your body because you've been so closed off from yourself. Like; breathwork, body scan meditations and yoga. Yoga is probably the best way to start because if you find a nice studio then they'll have contacts to a whole range of body work healers and practitioners. Good luck.

😂I went to therapy 2018/19 and I felt the same way.. You literally just sit there and talk. There was no solution for me too. But I think it helped me to be self aware, talking about that problem then was the first step to my healing. As I was talking, I was realising a lot of things.
Make sure you remove all white foam thing even under the machine… Also there are screws behind the machine that must be removed Keep all the tools They will come handy 1 day
Hi Zee, good to see you again and I see we have adverts on your channel now. 🎉🎉I watched all of them ke Mntase 😊. I have never personally tried formal therapy, just counselling from my female pastor.. so God helped me with overcoming childhood anxiety, trauma etc. Healing is continuous.. I will however mention that my game changer was exercise 20-30 mins every morning- I know someone will say how will exercise solve or take away mental baggage.. but I promise you, my life changed the day I intentionally started moving my body. I talk more about this in my UA-cam channel… also you are one of the people who inspired me to finally start.❤
I actually have a 10km run coming up in August, I've been thinking about starting to train for it. Thank you for watching, and I actually didn't know you have a channel. I just subscribed. All the best ❤️
Mina i like venting shem i always vent to my siblings and my friends about how overwhelming articles /work is, so i am considering therapy i just want to vent. I feel like the solution is within me i just need someone who will listen to me asking and answering my confused self😂
Fair. In that case, therapy would definitely work for you. Personally, there is so much venting I can do. I need problems to be solved, I don't like complaining and I think that's the main reason I am struggling with therapy.
😂😂 ..the washing machine part killed me!.. ..i find that it's being defeatist to set a goal (the timing on your run) when you dont really feel like doing that thing.. rather just do it first without a goal, then when you get your rhythm about that acticity, you start setting goals.. that's just for me ke, and'thethi ngawe.. 🤭😅 ..get your wellness sorted, all the best... 🤞🏾💪🏾
My friend bought a Defy w/machine the other day and it was in a box. Maybe they gave you the one that was on display if you bought it kwi furniture shop

I think the problem is that you have expectations and you want to achieve something. Just go n follow instructions and don't over think it ❤
