BITD Vegas 2 Reno 2023 (pt1) O-30 Exp

Best In The Desert 2023 Vegas to Reno Race. Video is from Over-30 Expert Class, Bikes. Bike is a 2020 KTM 500 XC-W (I'm a guest rider). This is pt one... Pits 1-2 & 4-5.

Brings back memories, some good some bad...lol. I like the upper sections from Tonopah on. You got suckered in on a tough class. thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the kind comments... yes, I agree... we could of entered the Over 50 class and taken 1st place pretty easily... but I really didn't care about post race position...I focused on no one passing me and me catching the bikes in-front of me...so I felt pretty satisfied with how I rode against rides almost half my age! The worst part of the ride was using a bike setup for a super tall and heavy person when I'm pretty much the opposite! I never trusted the bike enough to attack like I wanted...and seeing it was not my bike I wasn't going to just bounce of rocks! lol.... The event organizers (BITD) were pretty much a clown show...the post race stuff was not enjoyable...but extremely memorable!
