“Refund” should never be a category. A return should always be categorized the same as it was when it was purchased that way the true amount spent on that category will be reflected in a report.
Does the subscription provide for a desktop app? Does Capital One direct connection work now? I want to upgrade from 6 but direct hasn't been working for awhile...

Yes, you get desktop and iOS apps. Capital One still prompts for MFA codes a lot...

unfortunately the verify email page doesn't show the captcha - so I'm stuck there lol
It's just a standard Google captcha. Maybe verify Javascript is turned on and/or try a different browser?
