    Bead-life changing video! I’ve been doing peyote and not been able to go beyond a straight strip. Now I see how to make the graduated ends! And how to pick up the first 2 rows! Very grateful! Thank you!

    That was absolutely the best explanation of how to use and attach the thread protector.

    I have watched you a couple of times doing peyote, I think I’m finally figuring out how to read the patterns, it has thrown me to the ground with reading a pattern, I can read a loom pattern all day long, but peyote I have felt completely lost. Funny how that works. lol I may have to give this patter a try giving it’s small. Your showed me a starting point also. Fantastic. lol tfs

    What a great little video!! I think you are the first person who's really made me understand how to read a graph!!! I've been a word chart addict for years. Can't wait to whip out a bunch of these cute bracelets for Christmas. Thank you, thank you!!!!!

    Wow, the instructions on picking up the first two rows of peyote from a graph are excellent, so clear! Thank you!
    Perfect timing on this subject too Kelly. I’ve been binge watching your videos today and was in the middle of one of the stringing videos. It’s been extremely smoky here so what better way to pass a warm sunny day inside but to watch OTBP videos and build my wishlist? 💙😂💙

    thank you, dear Kelly, it's a pleasure have the printable chart downloaded, even if your tutorial is clearest possible in my opinion, you are an advanced beader who is a modest and generous beading teacher, i love you❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤍

    Kelly I love this sweet bracelet! I have never done Peyote stitch following a pattern unless it was just stripes. Also I’m not very good at brick stitch. You explain so well that I am going to try this. Thank you so much! ❤️

    Bourgeoise bead stopper.😂. Thank you, Kelly. The design is easy and pretty. Fantastic odd count peyote turn tip! The instructions for following the peyote pattern are terrific and timely. I’ve tried to do a peyote earring three times without success. I’m going to give it another try. Have a great week.

    Kelly I love these partial bracelets! What a wonderful idea!! I have a question for you, why did you start horizontally with the pattern and not vertically? Would it make a difference?? Thank you for sharing this, you're a great instructor!! 💕

      Hi Diane, if you start the pattern vertically, the whole thing would be done in brick stitch.

    So am finally done, 6 hrs later. I really wanted to understand this technique. Ended up using 5 colours and marked on my pattern; a Centre using a Specific Shade so I knew in the Count System. After 4 attempts, I now get it and will need to practice utilizing a Pattern. However, now I get the Count System when I choose Specific Shades so I knew where I was. Kelly. Thank you as always. 😃

    If I used bugle beads instead would it just enlarge the pattern and size or would it not ?

    • @Lauradicus
      @Lauradicus Рік тому

      It would change the proportions of height to length significantly plus it would be hard to transition to brick stitch without a bunch of fudging I personally wouldn’t feel up to. Kinda makes my head spin trying to work that one out 😅

    • @Jessica66605
      @Jessica66605 Рік тому

      That would count as 2 or 3 drop peyote, would get much larger in length and transitioning to brick you’d need to do the same thing
