Cassandra was a victim of abuse and was at the courthouse for that exact reason. She was outside the hall talking to an officer on where she should go or something like that. It was not loud and barely disrupted the court. The judge basically further abused her and that’s why he lost his job.

i don't care if she was running up and down the hallways singing at the top of her lungs. it's not that judge's business to come down off the bench and powertrip people outside his courtroom. glad he got what he deserved. he's too much of a hot head to serve in that capacity. every other judge in the country will just close the courtroom door if it's too loud in the halls. thanks for the back story, knowing that makes him an evey bigger asshole in my mind.

The Karen judge who chased after that girl was completely in the wrong. The girl was asking for directions outside of his courtroom to another courtroom and he stormed out of his courtroom to Chase her down because she was apparently being too loud. Then he proceeded to force her to sit in his own courtroom and Forced a sentence down on her. Truly pathetic actions.

I've dealt with more than one bad judge in my life. I would have refused to go into the courtroom with him. Like Ken said, what is he going to do if I have no reason to be in that courtroom other than he feels like being an a**? It definitely would have made the news when he had me dragged to his courtroom kicking and screaming and unjustly arrested because he woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. Sometimes a judge needs to be reminded that not only are they human, but they are in an elected position, and they can be stripped of that position very quickly.

    Interesting facts.
The first judge (burger king) actually had just thrown her sovereign citizen fake attorney for contempt and also sent a charge to the DA for practicing without a license. That lady was smart mouthing the judge and using sov cit lingo like the court has no jurisdiction. That's where the clips starts for this video.
The adidos girl met a different judge the next day with a lawyer, admitted to being under the influence and apologized to the court. She was released after posting a 1k bond.
The last lady is actually an attorney and was trying to sanction another attorney without proper procedure and no real reason for the sanctioning. Sanctions are bad marks on an attorney's reputation and can lead to losing their license to practice law. The reason she had to come back was due to a clerical error that only fined her 5 dollars instead of 500. She pissed off the judge and the judge made her pay the remaining balance of 495 that day instead of a certain time period to pay it.
I am gonna send you some great court room stuff including a public defender that lies to her client about a plea deal and says he is mentally ill even though no one says he was. She demands to be taken off the case. The judge says no and it was a zoom court and she just logged out.

The judge who granted the restraining order would have signed it. You don't just file for a restraining order and that's that. You have to appear in court to plead your case and the other person can defend why it shouldn't be granted. When the restraining order is expired, often yearly, you have to attend a hearing that decides whether or not it will be extended another year.
Most other accounts of that incident say she was asking someone for directions to the correct court room.

A lot of people give that judge a hard time, but I feel that she was being disrespectful during court proceedings the entire time, and didn’t get the clue that this isn’t her house, but a legal process with real consequences. Jail or prison being a possibility.
I was in court a couple times, both times as a witness to testify when I was 17-18, and giggling/twirling my hair/obnoxiously smiling was the last thing on my mind. The Karen memes have forced me to be more aware of this, and when I’m aware and think first, I am more likely to act with kindness. My actions can impact others, either positively or negatively, so to the extent that I act kindly more often, it follows that I am at least going to be impacting others negatively less frequently. Luckily the checks and balances in court are pretty good. "Contempt of court" is a huge deterrent that shuts hecklers right up. I once saw a lawyer threaten to make a formal complaint against a judge who was going to waive medical privacy in a custody dispute; people lose their law licenses over stuff like that.

just FYI, for the judge that detained the girl in the hallway or whatever, that was fully illegal, and likely why he resigned afterwards
*judges have power in the courtroom
*judges have **NO POWER** outside of the courtroom, that is why he brought her back to the courtroom first before sentencing her (she has a case of basically being abducted and that sentencing was illegal to start with, so not surprised she got released, lawyer probably had a field day lol)
so to answer the question in the vid "he detained her, is that even legal?" - no lol, not at all

I was in jury duty and the judge was doing her spiel about the importance of jury duty and why she appreciates everyone shows up and is honest… when this Karen get up mid sentence rambling about how she has to go to a wedding in 3 days and she can’t refund the tickets and she’s the bridesmaid and this is a waste of time and she can’t be there…
Boy the verbal whooping the judge gave her, I wish I could have recorded it. The Karen fumed the whole time and got called LAST (unlucky me I was called second to last). It was almost worth it watching the Karen STEW

Having paid for tickets to a wedding in which you are the bridesmaid is not the plight of a poor person. If your best friend knew you didn't have the funds for that , they wouldn't have paid. and you would have wasted even more court time that that femcel did. You don't get to punish someone by making them leave the bring them back in to punish them again because the first power trip didn't make your clit swell enough. Especially considering how easy is is to fight a contempt of court case. Its literally the only crime where ignorance IS a defense. There's a reason she was out the next day, she talked to a lawyer who told her all she had to do was apologize and the case would be dismissed, like the armed robbery and drunk driving cases are.

Ken, when the girl said "Adios" she was committing a microaggression because of the guy's heavy accent, that's why it wasn't just her replying to his "bye bye". It's easy for a lot of us to just gloss over it and wonder why he was mad but you have to stop and put yourself in the other person's shoes. If I was a judge with a seemingly Hispanic or Latino accent and this super white looking girl (not to say that she couldn't be hispanic/latina also) being all "adios~!" with a cheeky grin like she's not in trouble, that would make me mad too. She has no respect and that's the bottom line, no matter how she meant it. If a judge says "bye bye" you don't even say "bye bye" back you say "yes sir have a nice day" and you leave without a big smile on your face like a disrespectful cretin.

    • @arashoon7246
      @arashoon7246 2 роки тому +1

it might be disrespectful but I still don't think in a country with free speech and 1th amendment you should be allowed to fine somebody 5000$ for saying "adios" after that judge said "bye bye" to her, particulary since her "crime" is possession of Xanax, and in my eyes you shouldn't be charged just because you own a drug that treat anxiety and she was probably on to help her with a stressful life.
