The judge who granted the restraining order would have signed it. You don't just file for a restraining order and that's that. Luckily the checks and balances in court are pretty good. "Contempt of court" is a huge deterrent that shuts hecklers right up. I once saw a lawyer threaten to make a formal complaint against a judge who was going to waive medical privacy in a custody dispute; people lose their law licenses over stuff like that.
just FYI, for the judge that detained the girl in the hallway or whatever, that was fully illegal, and likely why he resigned afterwards *judges have power in the courtroom *judges have **NO POWER** outside of the courtroom, that is why he brought her back to the courtroom first before sentencing her (she has a case of basically being abducted and that sentencing was illegal to start with, so not surprised she got released, lawyer probably had a field day lol) so to answer the question in the vid "he detained her, is that even legal?" - no lol, not at all
same reason that first judge got off easy with the woman who laughed in court. She broke the law by bringing her back into the courtroom to punish her after initially telling her to leave.

I've seen the Adios one and I think, if I remember correctly, she used "Adios" as a way of mocking his racial heritage, making it a backhanded racial insult to the judge. That's why he doubled her fine.
If I was that judge I still would've sentenced that woman who was laughing at the family's letter. Like that is disgusting. You aren't sorry, you're sorry you got caught
and you would have wasted even more court time that that femcel did. You don't get to punish someone by making them leave the bring them back in to punish them again because the first power trip didn't make your clit swell enough. Especially considering how easy is is to fight a contempt of court case. Its literally the only crime where ignorance IS a defense. There's a reason she was out the next day, she talked to a lawyer who told her all she had to do was apologize and the case would be dismissed, like the armed robbery and drunk driving cases are.
Ken, when the girl said "Adios" she was committing a microaggression because of the guy's heavy accent, that's why it wasn't just her replying to his "bye bye". It's easy for a lot of us to just gloss over it and wonder why he was mad but you have to stop and put yourself in the other person's shoes. If I was a judge with a seemingly Hispanic or Latino accent and this super white looking girl (not to say that she couldn't be hispanic/latina also) being all "adios~!" with a cheeky grin like she's not in trouble, that would make me mad too. She has no respect and that's the bottom line, no matter how she meant it. If a judge says "bye bye" you don't even say "bye bye" back you say "yes sir have a nice day" and you leave without a big smile on your face like a disrespectful cretin.
I'm not defending her by any means, but she really looked like she was on drugs Still a garbage person but she acted like she didn't even know what was going on around her
it might be disrespectful but I still don't think in a country with free speech and 1th amendment you should be allowed to fine somebody 5000$ for saying "adios" after that judge said "bye bye" to her, particulary since her "crime" is possession of Xanax, and in my eyes you shouldn't be charged just because you own a drug that treat anxiety and she was probably on to help her with a stressful life.

But if you were always a kind woman before the “viral karens” there wouldn’t be a need to be so tippy toey and hyper aware of being kind….so idk if I’d call it a win, if you didn’t have to achieve, compete or do anything…but also selfish af, to say “a win for me”, because that’d be a win for not only you but every person that’s in your everyday life
We need to rename you lmfao. But we like you you can stay 🥹
Don't worry, you're the good Karen. As KalxCal said, you can stay 😂
@@flyfish697 that’s the thing: I’m not always kind! I’m human: I have bad days, and I’ve certainly acted towards others in ways that I regret later. The Karen memes have forced me to be more aware of this, and when I’m aware and think first, I am more likely to act with kindness. My actions can impact others, either positively or negatively, so to the extent that I act kindly more often, it follows that I am at least going to be impacting others negatively less frequently. So I don’t think the net impact is increased selfishness, no.
@@KayBee659 Seems like you've been clever enough to go by 'Kay' lol. Sorry for the name slander, but the term is useful for an evolution in social consciousness. Hope you understand. Maybe Karey/Karie? haha... I dunno. I'm glad that being a 'Lucas' isn't something reprehensible
I have bad anxiety and you two are my daily cure. I love your videos and I always look forward to seeing what you're reacting to next. Keep up the good work guys!
I second this
That last " I knew it was fixed", killed me lmao
That whole ordeal was just her shooting herself in the foot multiple times.
And the two’s reaction made it even more hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
You've got to have a bit of Karen experience under your belt to be brave enough to stand up to judges 👩⚖️ insane.
I love seeing the consequences of someone being a slave to their own ego. So entertaining!
Karen is not a name it is a lifestyle...
Me: watching Ken and Buff laugh at these dumb Karen’s, full volume.
The Judge who told me I’d be held Contempt of Court: 👁👄👁
just FYI, for the judge that detained the girl in the hallway or whatever, that was fully illegal, and likely why he resigned afterwards
*judges have power in the courtroom
*judges have **NO POWER** outside of the courtroom, that is why he brought her back to the courtroom first before sentencing her (she has a case of basically being abducted and that sentencing was illegal to start with, so not surprised she got released, lawyer probably had a field day lol)
so to answer the question in the vid "he detained her, is that even legal?" - no lol, not at all
same reason that first judge got off easy with the woman who laughed in court. She broke the law by bringing her back into the courtroom to punish her after initially telling her to leave.
Bro you can say whatever to cops, but don’t disrespect the judges who hold a lot of power over your LIFE 😂😂
you also can’t say whatever to cops especially if you’re not white, even being respectful isn’t helpful…
Not related to this video but 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After is coming back and Angela and Micheal AND Big Ed is back. Whether thats a good or bad thing is yet to be determined but would love to see Ken and Dane react. I have a feeling its gonna be a crazy season lollll
The cartoon of Fry from futurama looking suspicious during that lady’s apology really had me dying! 😂
Love how the last one the lawyer started packing up his shit like he was done 😂
Karens - "I know the law, I Googled it!"
Every judge and lawyer who spent half their life in law school - facepalm
I never thought about judges being Karen's, but they really can be huh? 😆
I love when they say “I have rights” but don’t know what those rights are
"I have a right to be heard"
Mhm sure you do lol. Some people are so clueless, its a shame really.
I love that in my time zone the episode always comes out at noon so my family routine is watching the episode right when it comes out while watching lunch. It's perfect.
You guys just turned my sh*tty day into something better, you guys always make me laugh
Ditto!
"I WANNA SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER OF THIS COURT ROOM!...oh wait...that's you?... MY HUSBAND IS AN LAWYER!"
The judge isn't supposed to come out from his bench. If someone is actually being disruptive in the hallways the cops on site are supposed to handle it, not the judge.
How did I just find this channel?! You people share the same humor as my friends and I!!
“Who else thinks it’s still funny.”
Nobody :
Me : 😂😂🤣
Watching a-holes get their dues is always hilarious and satisfying.
Still hard to laugh when you're talking about a grieving family
id laugh my happy ass to a lawyer. Good luck explaining how you brought me back into the courtroom with no legal authority to do so, AFTER making me leave. Its almost like the judges court behavior IS WORTHY of contempt.
Thank You!
…we all needed this.
You cant sentence somebody who hasnt even been apprehended and charged yet.
you also cant bring people back into the courtroom and charge them with contempt. You don't have any authority outside the courtroom to force them back in.
love this video, guys cover more court or judge clips funniest or cringiest moments i need to see your reactions lol
and sad to hear the tragedy of the father in the crash. no one should have to go through that then have someone laughing at them smh
I was in jury duty and the judge was doing her spiel about the importance of jury duty and why she appreciates everyone shows up and is honest… when this Karen get up mid sentence rambling about how she has to go to a wedding in 3 days and she can’t refund the tickets and she’s the bridesmaid and this is a waste of time and she can’t be there…
Boy the verbal whooping the judge gave her, I wish I could have recorded it. The Karen fumed the whole time and got called LAST (unlucky me I was called second to last). It was almost worth it watching the Karen STEW
Having paid for tickets to a wedding in which you are the bridesmaid is not the plight of a poor person. If your best friend knew you didn't have the funds for that , they wouldn't have paid. At what kind of yuppie rich wedding does the bridesmaids pay for 'tickets ' or else they aren't welcome? Lmao
and she still went on her trip and the judges dick waving was as useless as most of his ego trips. Judges love to run their mouths because that's all they know how to do.
maybe you struggle to read but no where does it say she would be unwelcome without tickets. People who can afford to pay 50 dollars to travel recognize the ticket is what ensures your service, its not about being "welcome".@@1WEareBUFO1
the adios at the end of this video 😂😂😂
i would love to see a judge talk back to Amber like this
I just have to say, as entertaining as the videos are, you guys going in on some of them totally makes my day!
Thank you!
Aw man I wanna watch more of Buff n Ken laughing at Karens getting their dues xD
I do L❤ve watching Karens get what's coming to them. 🤣🤣
Watchin this with you guys is fun. Thanks
So weird you post this when I've been on a Karen/judge binge 😂 this is perfect!
Karen judge would be the final boss😂
Hello to anyone who reads this comment?
Hello!
Hi
Howdy
Hello penguin :D have a wonderful day
Ps: ❤️ from 🇨🇦
Hai
I need to see more judges vs Karens videos! This gave me lifeeeee 😂
I've seen the Adios one and I think, if I remember correctly, she used "Adios" as a way of mocking his racial heritage, making it a backhanded racial insult to the judge. That's why he doubled her fine.
Her name is Penelope Soto. So her heritage is Spanish. Sounds like a reach to justify a shitty move on the judge's part
Haha I just realised unintentionally that I watch this on my birthday, thanks Ken !!
Some of these judges abuse their power because of emotions, and ego. Once sentenced they shouldn't be able to change it. Whole video is about Karen's.
The bars got her behind "BARZ" lol
Some of these I have seen but your reaction help soften the pain
These old guys talking about a dollar menu. Everything is now 1 2 3 dollar deals. Lowest thing on the menu is the free water you pay 1.89 for the cup.
IKR. I'm old like these guys but I was thinking "dude that chicken sandwich costs like six bucks now".
if you pay 1.89 for a cup and fill it with water, you're the dumbass, not them.
the way the adios girl’s jaw DROPPES LMAO
Karen's are entertainment though. I guess you can call them Bittersweet
Love the videos as always! It’s my birthday today and I was soooo excited for my birthday wish!!!!
I'm not defending her by any means, but she really looked like she was on drugs
Still a garbage person but she acted like she didn't even know what was going on around her
it might be disrespectful but I still don't think in a country with free speech and 1th amendment you should be allowed to fine somebody 5000$ for saying "adios" after that judge said "bye bye" to her, particulary since her "crime" is possession of Xanax, and in my eyes you shouldn't be charged just because you own a drug that treat anxiety and she was probably on to help her with a stressful life.
if shes garbage then the judge is that watery shit that leaks out the bottom, which is ironic because the best parts of him dribbled out of his moms bottom long ago.@@salthesalmonshark6849
93 days! And they still keep going! That Karens got balls.
Frost
Snow
Ice
Hail
Icicles
-y the snowman
This is gonna make my day!!!!
Welcome to burger king where you can have it your way, but don't get crazy okay 🤣🤣🤣
More Karens! Love you guys reactions
I died laughing when the first judge made that this isn't Burger King joke. Can't have it your way. Because my mom said that to my and my little sister Cassidy so much growing up. Lol. It sounded just like her 🤣❤️🥲
As an attorney, I move that Judges Ken and Dane of this, the honorable CTK Court, produce more evidence directly related to Karens receiving true justice. All those in favor? 👨⚖👨⚖
Aye! 🙋🏻♀️
I was expecting Ken to say “shout out to Hungry Jacks” lol
Damn son, these court cases are even more entertaining then an Ace Attorney game.
"This is not Burger King"
XD what a start!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 goddamn she said “this isn’t Burger King”
I love watching judge videos, they're so funny 😭😂
0:28 "This isn't Burger King"
Love the shoutout to Burger King. I'm currently at work right now. Working at Burger King
This was a good video. That adios girl went viral, hope you and Buff make more of these
5:30 she was a domestic violence victim. She was there to get a protective order from her husband. And he put her in jail. The footage was released. And the judge had a history of being horrible. So he was fired
"why are you in here?"
*"oh, I killed someone"*
"ah okay"
*"What about you?"*
"I snickered in court and the judge didn't like that"
I like the "93 days in jail" better than the taser, probably much more effective too.
Lmao the shout out to burger King reminded me of the baby Jesus prayer from talladega nights 😂😂😂😂
