Nice that you can understand some things from the video, probably because we have some words similar to Spanish in Portuguese, I thought I would have to explain some things to you hahahahaha What happened at 15:34 is literally a fight in the coin draw before the game, it's the classic Grenal, one of the biggest in Brazil, it's like Palmeiras x Corinthians, every game comes out a general fight.
Curiosity: I was at the stadium in that 2:43 game, it was a Portuguesa, game you probably don't know, but Portuguesa is one of the most traditional teams in Brazilian football, it had 5 players called up in the first world cup won by Brazil, they played all editions of the Brazilian championship until 2002, when they fell for the first time, after that they became a "elevator" team, they went up and down all the time, until in 2013 they assembled a good team, finished the championship in 13, but climbed an irregular player, they lost points in court and were relegated, it was a huge injustice because the guy only played 10 minutes of a game that was worthless and ended 0x0, but it happened and after that the Portuguesa sank and went down the division until it was without a schedule to play, they were known as the fifth great team in São Paulo, today they play the lowest divisions in Brazil trying to get back on their feet, and despite the bad phase they still have many fans in the city, including some friends that i have and my cousin who calls me to go to games with him, I usually go because there are bizarre scenes like the one in the video, I cry with laughter in the stadium, they are games of a horrible technical level that are so bad that they are funny. This game that was shown in the video was the final of the second division of the São Paulo championship, they won and rose, they will play the classics again against rivals like Corinthians, Palmeiras, Santos and São Paulo next years after many years, but now they need to do a good campaign in this Paulista championship to be able to qualify for the fourth division of the Brazilian championship next year. Many famous players played there, I could mention Dida that played there after Milan or Zé Roberto that was sold to Real Madrid when was a Portuguesa player, but you may remember Denner, that Brazilian talent who died in a car accident, he played for Portuguesa and appeared in their youth teams, they always had one of the best youth categories in Brazil. They played some games against Real Madrid in the past, the last one was friendly at the Bernabéu in 1995 and Madrid won 1-0.
