Lastly, in Chapter 2, in the jewelry store, when you enter the room with the TV talking about Sunset Bridge, shoot the cat and the camera rotates left ang you can get an item. It's hard to tell because it depends on luck. Actually, I couldn't get grenade launcher with 5 playthrough for this video. If you are lucky, you will able to get all of them with 3 or 4 playthrough.

Nope. This was on the Original mode which can be played on the PC and consoles version of the games. There are quite a lot of items you can get. From simple things like more continue, life, or ammo. Different costumes you can wear. To different guns you can equipped. Here are what items do if you use them. Credit +(number) / Life +(number) / Chamber +(number) : Addes to their total count respectively. Since otherwise you will be stuck with three lifes and five continues. Power Up 1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0 and Bullet Blow. (Death Bullet in Japanese I assume) : Multiply your damage base on the number. (Like for 1.2 you will make 1.2x more damages than normal) With Bullet Blow pretty much one-shot kill most enemies and do heavy damages to bosses. There's also Life 1/4 which decreased zombies health by 75%. Characters Costumes : Make you become other characters in the games. Even including Bruno from Zombie Revenge. Primitives Meat and Rotten Meat : Essentially this game's DK Mode for civilians and zombies respectively. Guns: There are quite a few of them. Custom Air Gun - Shoot smaller bullets, but has 12 of them. Machine Gun - Shoot out 6 bullets at once for more damages. But you need to reload after one shot. Grenade Launcher - Shoot a powerful bomb and has a wide hitbox. Can shoot 3 shots before needing to reload. Shotgun - shoot very powerful shots. 2 bullets per chamber. Bass Lure - Lure zombies to kill them. 6 bullets per chamber. There's also UFO?? and Double Score. the format will spawn UFO at occasion which you can shoot for points, while the latter double your overall score for the entire game.

In the case, you don't need to shoot anything in order to open the door because the determinant whether you can open the left door or right one is your score. When you have over 70000 points less than 100000 points, you will be supposed to go to the left room. When you have over 100000 points, you will go to the right room.

On the other hand, power up doesn't work for score because the more power you get, the less score you will obtain from enemies. In shooting strategy aspect, head shot is very important for high score in this game. It's still effective to shoot their heads, even after you shot their heads once or twice, even while they are falling down.
