Quite strange, there were no security controls being implemented on the system in which critical data was placed. Even USB was enabled! You are not victim, rather you are responsible and accountable for data leakage, since you failed to protect a critical data with zero controls over the device.

What critical data! - Maryam should be summoned by court for illegally swallowing the tosha khanna vehicles that is agaisnt the rules.
Critical data here are the clips he didn't want to public as he claim. Obviously Mariam should be brought to court for the tosha khana gifts as she herself was spitting venom against Khan for the same tosha khana.
Btw in my opinion, when Mansoor himself did research on her tax returns then he would have aired the clip as well, in order to bring truth to the nation. Rather than just beating the bush of so called responsible journalist, which surely he is not!

Just a mention in passing is not enough. The speed with which this leak has been traced while other high profile leaks remain a mystery (though it is not really a mystery) creates suspicion
If the leaks of judges happens through his means. i.e through his computer, then it would makes sense for him to show similar reaction because then he will have a responsibility. Why would he waste his time doing the work of cyber crime institutions if he is not involved himself

Assuming the story to be true, why the buck is passed onto Maryam to lodge FIR. The fact remains that the data was stolen from your premises & computer, the onus is on you to file FIR and pursue the matter to logical closure.

It shows very poor security system. How a person who had no role in working on the relevant computer gained access? There was no password on it? And there was no one in the room from 9 am to 11 am to see this person steal a clip from a computer he was not supposed to access?
