Top Gun 80 Epic 5 Day, part 2

Starting the trip off with fantastic fishing from the Cortez Bank and catching some solid yellowtail and yellowfin tuna we head north to the east end of the Osborne Bank and get in on some fun bluefin tuna fishing. From the bank we head offshore in search of dorado and wahoo.

Do you guys take out rookie to intermediate fisherman? We've been out fishing out on the deep sea a couple times, and EVERY time we've had bad weather or something. Terrible luck! I want to catch a big fish because bass and bluegill are getting annoying

That is what they are called in Mexico and other places or by people familiar with other areas but the actual name of them in the U.S. is dolphinfish.
