Assassin jacket is better to play as a kite. And mercenary jacket is better play as a brawler. If you play assassin jacket, purity cowl is better. If you play mercenary jacket, you can try duskweave helmet to chase enemies. If you are playing with brawler build, grudge (3rd W is better). If you are playing with kite build, use first W, laser.

Curses has huge problems with long range kiters. It is 9m q vs 18-20m q. But laser plus purity cowl do so much dmg on long range. I was thinking about the same build but I got no spec on curse so I gave up.

DMG+Heal passives, I'm testing different sprints, but you can use rejuvenating. It's always good.
try the sot duskweaver helmet build
Duskweaver helmet is better for brawler build, I prefer to play as a kite.

Vs 8.4 or 8.3 more IP will be useless, you need to survive, CDR it's not efficient in this build. You can use Life Steal instead of DEF.
How do you decide which spells to take on your weapon?
97% of the time you use the first W, only against something that you know doesn't die, like Frost or Badon, can you switch to the second W.

I'm 105 each cursed. 100 on lifecurse is enough to win good fights.

Curses has huge problems with long range kiters. It is 9m q vs 18-20m q. But laser plus purity cowl do so much dmg on long range. I was thinking about the same build but I got no spec on curse so I gave up.
Grudge has many counters, like reflect, purge, invisible skills, mistwalker jacket. And you have to play with mercenary jacket or helion jacket.
