I live in Europe so I'm watching this 10 in the morning. Also, if a restaurant has a menu so complicated that even the servers get confused by it, then it's no mystery what the problem with the place was.
Wow that's a fact for multiple reasons. And when you fire people at the rate of once/week you probably have to hire anybody who walks through the door and doesn't smell.

I was musician in my youth. I’m on a couple of LPs you’ve never heard of and probably could never find. But it didn’t make not a musician just because you’ve never heard of me. You can be an actor and be unheard of. You just weren’t a very successful actor.
