You forgot about my favorite drop spot: Pleasant Park. I always get good loot from that chest in the soccer field.

THOUSANDS would disagree with you that Apex is not a good place to live, and regularly ranks as one of the best towns in NC.

@@lindaeverett8848 Sorry. What have we missed? 20 years in the area, thousands of people with the same perspective as ours, but we should listen to you?

@@ThisisRaleighThe recent surge in crime, including shootings and murders, is deeply concerning, especially with the influx of newcomers to North Carolina. In my 25 years of residency, I've never witnessed such levels of violence until now. The heavy traffic has worsened, making simple commutes, like the five-minute drive to Beaver Creek, now take up to 30 minutes due to congestion. Additionally, the cost of living has skyrocketed, with homes that were once $200k now reaching $900k to $1 million. North Carolina's education rankings vary depending on the specific metrics and studies used. Generally, it falls within the range of 30th to 40th place among U.S. states in terms of overall education quality. This shift feels far from the peak of good living; rather, it's more like the peak of destruction.

@@lindaeverett8848 well the cost of living and increased traffic, and increase in population growth, is rampant in many cities and towns, not only in America but in many countries around the world. I've lived in 5 countries and visited over 50, and Apex is far from alone. When places are constantly on "best places to live" lists that amplifies the situation, and unfortunately growth comes with lots of growing pains. I can't speak to the education metrics and schools, but obviously they are under-resourced and underfunded as well.

This is great, Caroline and Craig! I have an Apex address, but spend most of my time in Cary. It's so good to see all the opportunities you've covered - some I did not know about. I plan to check out the shopping, for sure. Always wanted to try Scratch Kitchen and now I'll do that sooner than later. Thank you for making these videos available. Keep them coming. Perhaps doing one on Zebulon and one on Knightdale. You've truly done your research on Apex and you've done it so well! Of course, do one on Cary, but wait until they've completed the area nearest the new library on Academy Street. Thank you! 🤩

Thank you so much Judy! We appreciate your kind words. Zebulon, Knightdale and Wendell are on our list!! And yes, I think we'll wait for the Downtown Cary park to be finished. Can't wait to see it all done!
