Thank you for always sending us wonderful Canadian nature videos. This time it's a video of autumn in Nova Scotia in eastern Canada. Watching this video, I couldn't help but remember the impression I had when I visited the area several decades ago. Actually, I also visited this place in autumn. The autumn leaves🍁 were truly beautiful. At the time, this place left such a wonderful impression on me that I had always wanted to travel to this scenic place, so much so that I had a hard time returning to Japan. I would like to visit the area again someday🥰🤚!! ️

I definitely want to go here this fall. I Went to Peggy’s Cove for a week in the summer and I can’t wait to see more of Nova Scotia. Thanks for the helpful suggestions!
Definitely the beach to answer your question at the last part of the video❤ so happy you love my home - that’s definitely why they call it the home of our hearts❤
Excellent videography, the fall colors are really pretty like you Carla and you to...Matt 😏lol. You guys make me smile and laught, I hope one day I'll will see it in real.✌🙏
Right? It is truly stunning in the fall. The only downside really is that timing it perfectly can be hard (though not that bad), weather can be iffy, and places start to close after mid October. However, summer is very busy so there's always that too
Your video has made me homesick and looking forward even more to our trip home this summer. Plus it was a bonus seeing my cousin's helicopter tour company, BretonAir. So glad you enjoyed our beautiful island!
That was excellent. For others thinking of this fall tour check the Celtic Colours event for adding some great events to your trip--the Cape Breton kitchen party vibe is legendary. Also despite what think, on the west side of the Cape Breton, the ocean water in the Northumberland Straight is surprisingly warm. It may not feel too warm for the first 5 second but I guarantee you'll love it by the 6th and beyond! I recommend Port Hood near the beginning (or end) of the Cabot Trail. The beginning of the Port Hood beach is a shallow, sandy bottom excellent beach. Or walk a bit further down the beach, around the point for a more exposed, adventurous (not overly so) swim . Not overly crowded unless you count the shorebirds.
dang it! i went to cape breton during summer I should go on fall instead. Guess i will have to go again this year, Thankfully i live in nova scotia, so its only a 4-5 hours drive.
Lovely couple and great videos you made! I was a student at Dalhousie from 2006-2010 and had been there several times. This video recalls me lots of memories. NICE JOB!
I'm from Nepal 🇳🇵 I'm watching your videos almost 10+ you both are really amazing I love very much canada 🇨🇦 bcz this is my dream country much much love from Nepal 🇳🇵 😊🙏
Spectacular foliage scenery. I'll have to check out Cape Breton for sure. If you get the chance check out the White Mountains in NH or Vermont fall foliage as well. I was there in 2016 and the colors were off the chart epic.
@@MustDoCanada No but I've been there a couple of times. Check out the White Mountains and Kancamagus scenic drive in New Hampshire. It's one of the most scenic fall road trips on the planet.
Thanks for the great video . I vividly remember witnessing you folks videotaping ice formations near the locations of Franklyn’s men in the High Arctic . You folks have done excellent presentations . Keep up the excellent work . I have travelled that Cape Breton area during all four seasons . You have done a fantastic video of that route . Keep up the excellent work . All the best .
Awesome video! You guys are so fun! Great content and lots covered! It would be amazing if you came to Cape Breton Island sometime during Celtic Colours to showcase the amazing Celtic music and culture we celebrate here on the Island!
Oh that’s too bad! I’d love to see a video of this! You do such an awesome job of getting so much content in each video! Hopefully the coming fall you’ll have more luck!
Wow, that was enjoyable! I love Cape Breton ... what a beautiful island - and great vlog. The drone and driving shots were just awesome. Didn't catch that at the end. What did you want to record Matt? I believe Karla, stop stealing coke cans ... the guy was coming back. Lol
Thank you for the beautiful video. It looks like an excellent road trip. "I'm going to keep recording to record this little *****. Now blow this up!" Love your guys sense of humour. :) Awesome lol
Incredible, Stunning, Awesome... Don't what to say about landscapes that Canada have... Guys you made me jealous to visit such beautiful places.. Just kidding..:) Don't worry very soon I'm going to visit all places.. Thank you for uploading informative video. Be always happy and healthy. Keeping exploring Canada with pride. God bless you and love you guys..:)
Where my wife is from, the beach and the mountains are very close to each other. Where we live now, the mountains are a little further away, and most beaches are not up to her standards. :D
Great video and beautiful fall colors! Which date in October you visited Cabot trail? I am planning our NS trip for this fall and wonder should we take a first or secobd week of October...
Hi hello, came across your video as i was looking for some info about travelling to NS during fall for leaf peeping. In your opinion , is the 2nd week of October the right time to visit NS ?
We enjoy your videos and were thinking about a May trip to NS and Cape Breton. After seeing the fall colors we are considering a change to fall. What weeks in Sep or Oct did you hit those peak colors in the video? Thanks!
Yeah, I can see why :) We were there around Oct 15th. The Celtic festival, which was cancelled this year but is a Canadian signature event, is held over two weekends, usually around Oct 7 - 16. So those are usually the prime times and often later the better. But it's always tricky depending on weather.
Hello vaiya and apu ( brother & sister) I am from Bangladesh. Do you know Bangladesh it’s a country in Asia near by India. Guys I am your big friend. Almost I spent a lots of hours to see you guys video’s. It’s really awesome and so informative. Love you guys. May Allah bless you. ❤️❤️❤️

Hello, just wondering what the exact dates in October you went to this trail, I can’t decide if I should go end of September or mid October, whichever has the better fall colors😂
Thanks for the video. We are looking to come in fall 2025. I see a number of beautiful drone shots. Were these taken outside the National Park?…. as I am under impression drones are not allowed in those areas. I would love to fly my drone there too but don’t want to violate any regulations.
Hey guys sorry to do this here but I lost my best friend of 43 years and 38 years married. My wife passed yesterday because of kidney disease, diabetes but eventually heart failure. I’m lost. No F&T.

The Fall colors are amazing. I had enough of the ocean for a lifetime, living in New Zealand. I go with the Rocky mountain....yeah
haha yes. Well, down by Queenstown, I guess you can have both?
I have visited the Cabot trail lots of times, but never with the fall colors might definitely make the trip sometime at that time of year.
Yeah, it's extra spectacular. Weather can be more unpredictable but man, those colours!
Thank you for sharing the rest of Canada what a wonderful country we live in. I love and enjoy watching your vlogs keep exploring ♥️ fr Victoria 😘

Great video and beautiful fall colors! Which date in October you visited Cabot trail? I am planning our NS trip for this fall and wonder should we take a first or secobd week of October...
It does change, but typically the second week is best. This was around the 15th
@@MustDoCanada thanks a lot for your answer!:)
Will be it same beautiful in the middle of November?
I don't think so. There might be snow by then and many of the leaves will be gone. It will still be beautiful but not the same
Hi hello, came across your video as i was looking for some info about travelling to NS during fall for leaf peeping. In your opinion , is the 2nd week of October the right time to visit NS ?
Typically yes. It changes but I'd say anywhere between early to mid October should be good

Is it okay to fly a drone? Coz i do have Dji Mini 2?
Most of it is within a national park, so you'd need permission regardless. It's hard! haha
Hello, just wondering what the exact dates in October you went to this trail, I can’t decide if I should go end of September or mid October, whichever has the better fall colors😂
Beautiful!! When do you recommend going? Early October or mid october?
Both are good. Our trip was closer to October 15th. Thats usually the prime time, but weather can change it all.
What part of October was this and when are the leaves generally full out?
This was around Oct 15. They generally say Oct 7 - 15 to be the best
Thanks
Is canada very cold to bear?
In the winter it can be, but in the summer it's very hot
What is the best time to take the fall colour road trip in Cabot Trail ?
It can change each year but generally speaking, somewhere between Oct 7 - 15
Mid September to as late as end of October.
Thanks for the video. We are looking to come in fall 2025. I see a number of beautiful drone shots. Were these taken outside the National Park?…. as I am under impression drones are not allowed in those areas. I would love to fly my drone there too but don’t want to violate any regulations.
We had permission :) but yes it was the national park. There are a few areas outside the park though too
Beautiful video. The woman's accent is hard to understand but a great video. B
May i know the date of your visit?
This was around oct 15
I would wish to do a helicopter ride but it’s so damn expensive
haha yes, they are pricey. In the Rockies, I believe a 12-minute flight is $200 or so
@@MustDoCanada actually with Rockies heli Canada there is a 20 minute flight for 200 $ I found on there website
