If they are no conclusive evidence as to prove that a crime was not committed in SVG, they should immediately extradite them back to Grenada to face their fate. The commissioner of Grenada and the assistant commissioner from SVG should not be doing any press conference at all.
Why should it comes down to jurisdiction? They are Grenadian escapees, Grenada should deal with it. They want Svg to handle, so Grenada can look good. This is already creating an international outcry here in the USA.
Such a sad situation. I dont know much about laws but I just feel like the missing couple were stationed here (Grenada) so lets go to court here. I guess if they can prove the alleged crime was committed in SVG waters then they have jurisdiction.

Grenada needs to take responsibility. They need to look into their guards. Jail system requires a full uhaul.

You do realise that the crime was committed by Grenadians in Grenada right? The SVG coast guards caught the criminals shortly afterwards.
Jurisdiction matters Grenada is trying to pass it off st. Vincent is happy for the publicity to say look we caught what Grenada let escaped.
