but looking at his house and the lavish life that he lives only tells us that his parents are rich, it's not like he has bought all the 16 bikes on his own, he is just 32 even if u buy 1 bike in an year u need 16 years, which simply tells that other than his IT income of 1.5lakhs he has an other big source of income which he has not disclosed due to privacy concerns

Anshuman , frankly speaking, many of us did not learn anything from this video. No offence to anyone, but I would request you to invite people who are managing and investing their money with much less income, and have real issues like retirement and college education for kids on their mind. We need videos where you properly explain goal based investing to people. A person without any liabilities nor any serious interest in goal based investing does not do much justice to your content. Some people are literally looking upto him. Again , no offence. India has 95% poor people. Thank you.

      You should have emergency fund.
You should have your family insured.
You should not have multiple passions sucking money out from you.
      You should invest in mf

Make videos on people who have real financial issues.
Like some one lost so much money on share market.
    Someone defaulting loans.
Someone having less income than obligations.
Then you plan their finances and restructure their loans. Give them advice.
These will make videos more interesting and educational.

Ek hota hai paise kharchna aur ek hota hai paise phukna. He is surely sitting on generational wealth because no middle class parent would allow their child to buy 16 bikes even if he can afford it! At this rate this series is going to become a joke. What started out as a means to improve financial literacy is becoming a platform for people to show off their wealth.

One point from 10.30 min of the video that why are we consider real estate as a bad investment? Because if the rental yield is 3% and price appreciation is 6-7% then it's almost 10% with a non paper asset with additional tax benefits as well. I'm keeping it in mind that RE is a non liquidating asset. Other than this what is the reason ?
