Anshuman , frankly speaking, many of us did not learn anything from this video. No offence to anyone, but I would request you to invite people who are managing and investing their money with much less income, and have real issues like retirement and college education for kids on their mind. We need videos where you properly explain goal based investing to people. A person without any liabilities nor any serious interest in goal based investing does not do much justice to your content. Some people are literally looking upto him. Again , no offence. India has 95% poor people. Thank you.

Someone having less income than obligations. Then you plan their finances and restructure their loans. Give them advice. These will make videos more interesting and educational.

At this rate this series is going to become a joke. What started out as a means to improve financial literacy is becoming a platform for people to show off their wealth.
Hi Anshuman, It would be nice if you could have a session which really explain about future investment from basic to a level that we can understand so we could start learn in investment. Because there are a lot of things which just goes about our head.
This wasn’t a video for learning purpose, if he doesn’t even make good investments he will still have enough money as he comes from a loaded family which is very apparent from all the vehicles he owns, and I’m not sure about his expenses too

One point from 10.30 min of the video that why are we consider real estate as a bad investment? Because if the rental yield is 3% and price appreciation is 6-7% then it's almost 10% with a non paper asset with additional tax benefits as well. I'm keeping it in mind that RE is a non liquidating asset. Other than this what is the reason ?
