Did you know that Blaise End was originally an early version of The Deeper Dungeons level Morkardar? That version had a Locate Hidden World special. The level you played here was originally level 19 Mistle. When the original Blaise End was scrapped, they seem to have forgotten to replace the Locate Hidden World, making Secret 5 inaccessible. That's why the KeeperFX version of Blaise End has a Locate Hidden World special.

A human (at least one who's aware of its different meanings) could look at the context and conclude that there's no way it could have meant anything other than cigarette. Notice I said 'could', because in my experience not everyone cares about context 😠.
