This is one of the most beautiful layouts I've seen in a yacht, especially for being a 160', it has more room than most 200' I've seen. Very beautiful crew accommodations as well which is truly important to have that for a happy crew.
@@imperialstrategies6065 I get a lot of people would love those options. Me personally I love a sauna and steam shower. I could live without them very easily but then again the wife couldn't haha. Huge plus for the customization this day in age, there wasn't half of it 25 years ago.
I love Art Deco style. The boat is very elegant but not stuffy. The 30’ beam is awesome.
Sun deck is the owners deck. Very unique design. Very private. The galley is professional grade with abundance of light. Crew mess on the main deck. Unusually design. I give this yacht high marks

Like the wood! So many new yachts look like doctor offices or hotel lobby's! Also appreciate considering the crews comfort in the design. I think I would improve speed if possible and a few other things to my taste. But this is a winner for me!

Not well thought out by the owner. The view from the owner's stateroom is great, but having it so high would really get the occupants rocking and rolling in even moderate seas, stabilizers or not. From a comfort level, the best place for the owner's cabin is low down, near the ship's center of gravity - completely minimizes movement.
12 guests total.. dining room seats 10. Alright then, guess I'll stand.
Jokes aside, if I had enough cash for a yacht, this would be the one.
It holds 10 guests in 5 cabins.
@@maxsdad538 4 cabins lower deck , 2 Vip cabins , plus the Master cabin -- thats 7 cabins NOT 5 - so a total of 14 guests
@@michaelcoleman2741 14 guests would be a very unusual number because above 12 guests the regulations for passenger yachts kick in. That's why you have boats with various guest space up to 12 guests, then nearly nothing and than again boats with way more guests :)
Probably it is meant that either the owners sometimes aren't at board but guests that don't use the master state room, or one of the guest rooms is a so called deck cabin for the owners for bad weather (the higher you are up in the boat the more it moves, that's why guest cabins are mostly at water line, you are less likely getting sea sick there), or it is actually used for staff like a nanny or assistant that don't count as crew but also neither as guests
My guess is that usually eating will be outside on the deck and the dining room is either an afterthought without enough space or only meant for situations where you have less guests because you aren't in great weather conditions

I'm surprised no one has commented on how dry the deck is. Don't know if they designed it that way but they really need to re stain it.

Most of the yachts I have seen always have small cabins, galley and dinning room for the crew. For me crew is the main thing cause they run the ship for you. The more you take care of them, the more they take care of you and specially the yacht. Love this yacht cause of the crews cabin and everything is cool. So far this yacht has more to offer then most super Mega Yacht I have seen.

Very handsome - single owner - ship. This yacht is 10+ years old, but i didn’t notice a single scratch or chip in any element. Beautifully maintained.

I like to see the crew cabins, because a lot of yachts have small crew quarters. Maybe in the future videos you can add that to your videos. When they aren’t shown, I figure they are small cabins. I’m not sure about the people that follow this channel, but all the other channels, the biggest request, is the crew cabins.
I know I wouldn’t want to buy something my crew will have discomfort, because they say a happy crew, happy charter.

We are not told the owner's name, but we can guess that he cannot just be a billionaire, but a MULTI-billionaire. Since this yacht easily is worth $200-300 million, which also means that its annual expenses will be over $30 million, AND the owner does NOT charter it to make up for any of these expenses. If the owner had a mere Billion dollars, he would not have wasted HALF his net worth on buying and operating this.
